The room was not that noise proof. Windows, room door and walls were very thin and I could hear street, people in other rooms and in corridor. Hotel didn’t provide shower gel/shampoo. The shower gel bottle was empty and was not refilled during 4 days I stayed even after my request.

My recent stay at a hotel was marred by an unfortunate incident. The cleaning staff left my room's window wide open for the entire day, which was not only unsettling but also a major security concern. I was deeply disappointed with this lapse in service.

I had a great stay at the Grand Hôtel De Turin in Paris from October 25 to October 27. The location was excellent, the service was friendly, and the only minor downside was the slightly compact room size. I would recommend it for a convenient and comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

When you leave the hotel, they ask to keep your keys, and I saw reviews on Google saying they give you room to others while you're away. I forgot my room number when I got back and they were a bit suspicious. I tried booking another night, and they said I'd need to wait until the morning to do so. It's an OK hotel if you have no other options but It's too expensive for what it is

The price is good enough for a 6 booking. The bed is comfortable enough, and the bathroom is nice.

A really very pleasant authentic Parisienne style hotel in a great location: 20 minutes walk from Gare de Nor, and close to Sacre Coeur and Montmartre district. An abundance of cafes and restaurants in close proximity with great parisienne atmosphere, but hotel is quiet and peaceful at night. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable providing a great sleep. Really pleasant breakfast room with a view on to the street scene outside. Delicious cheese, ham, bread, cereals, yogurt and fruit provide a lovely start to a day in “real Paris”…. I thoroughly recommend.

No air conditioning. It was only 26/28 degrees whilst we were there but we had to have the fan on all the time in the room. The room and bathroom were quite small but you only sleep and get ready to go out so it was ok for the couple of days we stayed

They pre-charged my reservation after the booking. When I arrived the hotel, they charged my card again and cancelled the previous pre-charge. I don't understand that. I only got the initial refund after 1 week in my bank. That was the only thing that was unusual for me, but everything ended up ok and I got the money back.

The breakfast was a little on the pricey side, so we opted for the "corner bakery" with coffee and fresh(er) croissants every morning. Wi-fi was very, very slow and limited to only certain number of phones/computers/tablets. I thought that charging extra for the use of a safe that was already there was extremely cheap, especially given all the money they were already taking from us. I guess the days of good customer service are behind us.

Adequate hotel in the Pigalle area, very close to Montmartre and relatively close to Opera area. Size of the room was quite generous for Paris standards, but our street-facing first floor room was somewhat noisy and too close to the "charming" cafes and bars nearby. The room air conditioner kept the place cool and comfortable. Beds were made daily and linen changed every day.
