We thought the hotel breakfast should have been included not 14 euros per person extra. There is not a lot of free space in the rooms but we were out most of the time.

It was a well situated hotel with 3 different metro stations within walking distance. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. As we didn't have a hotel breakfast the kettle and fridge in the room were very useful and also there is a supermarket and patisserie nearby. There was always plenty of hot water for showering.

The shower door was poor, it was very hard to avoid getting water all over the bathroom floor.

Room Size, Bed, Wardrobe were all good size. Spacious room.

The room was a bit 'cozy' (not to say cramped) due to an extra folding bed we had required. While the bathroom was really big, the separate toilet was quite small, you had to think a bit before moving. But still okay once you were settled.

Excellent location close to the Jardin des Planets. We had booked several rooms due to a family gathering. The rooms were quiet and had good-enough beds. The corridors are wide enough for elderly people, a modern lift is available. The breakfast was simple but with a very nice choice and excellent quality, the personnel was always friendly and had no trouble communicating in English.

As most reviewers said, the building is not very new, and the rooms are pretty small. It is a bit strange that the restroom does not have a sink, and you have to move to the separate bathroom to wash your hands. Extra bed is not really comfortable. Lift is rather slow. I find the room price relatively expensive considering what the hotel offers.

Good location with pretty good connection to public transportation. It is very close to Gare de Lyon. There are a couple of cafes and stores nearby. The view of rooms looking towards the street is very sweet. WiFi worked fine for me. The staff appeared to be helpful.

Very nice and reasonably priced hotel near metro stations to reach the centre of Paris easily, and also within walking distance of food markets and local restaurants. Excellent breakfast buffet can be booked independently of room booking.

The room was a bit small for three people. The noise isolation wasn't the best, and we could easily hear people walking on the level above us.

Room slightly tight to keep big boxes. The room price is slightly higher considering it's not in the centre. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. It's not a proper bed & mattress. It's a makeshift sofa bed good for small kids only not for adults.

Very cosy place & helpful staff at reception. I liked my room view of the typical parisian buildings. The lady in the kitchen was so kind, I asked her for some milk & she gave it to me for free without any questions. I thought that was a very good gesture. This place is 20 to 25 minutes away from Eiffel Tower by Metro. You need to switch the metro line once. Felt safe staying here.

It was quite noisy, the rooms are not well insulated and during the night you can hear the guests who are below or above your room. The room and beds are small but acceptable.

The hotel is in a good and safe location, near two metro stations. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is clean, towels were changed every day.

Both the receptionists were very kind and friendly! Bed and facilities in the room reach expectations. It is exactly as described in the pictures. The location was good, nearby you have a direct bus (high frequency) to Gare de Lyon which is very good and also a Metro line. There is also a big grocery store nearby. They also provided services to store our luggage upon checkout.
