The breakfast was terrible. Awful service because they were just too busy and the tables and buffet were not clean. Lots of children running round with nothing substantial available to eat (just sweet treats). The toilets in the reception area are also awful - outdated and not kept clean.

Really great decor and themed hotel that gets you ready for Disney! Brilliant location just a short free shuttle ride away from the park.

It was extremely noisy even late at night. There were kids running up and down the hallways at all hours. I have stayed in several Disney hotels over the past 10 years but this was the noisyest.

The staff could be a little friendlier- bearing in mind everyone is there for a magical holiday. The mattresses were EXTREMELY uncomfortable- we didn’t sleep well as the springs were digging into us. It’s quite expensive and I think I would pay to stay at Disney next time as the shuttles were RAMMED all day.

Cool interiors in rooms and public spaces, free shuttle to Disney, good breakfast. The kids loved the games room and the decor. The lobby is amazing with the led screens.

It would be really helpful if the food options on the buffet breakfast/dinner showed any allergens on the information card.

TO IMPROVE, not-so good: - NO AMENITIES in the bathroom, NOT AT ALL - TOILET PAPER QUALITY - no good quality at all - NO itens in the MINI BAR - NO AVAILABLE BIG TOWELS when you arrive in the pool, so you are obliged to go back to your room - VENDING MACHINE with no Credit card, they say it is in the other side of the hall, but it is very very far to reach, you are so tired from the Disney Park, around midnight, that if you do not have coins, you are obliged to buy 1 half liter water at 4,50 € (unbelievable) I believe at those prices in this amazing location, some efforts should be done to improve the overall experience Tip: Do not worry about the dinner when you arrive, 18:30 to 22:15 there is the all inclusive buffet, since nothing is around in terms of restaur

GOOD ASPECTS: In the amazing green area of Marne La Vallè, there is Grand Magic which immediately gives you the MAGIC WONDER OF DISNEY, it is faboulous. The Lounge area is amazing, is like being in Disneyland already. The Hotel in May 2024 looks completely renewed and it is a good thing. Very good swimming pool. Shuttle bus service AMAZING - AMAZING BUFFET ALL INCLUSIVE AT A VERY GOOD PRICE

There is no laundry facility. The breakfast has limited variety

Lack of proper shower at the swimming pool with no hot water and shampoo/shower gel was very inconvenient. In four star hotel this should be a standard. We had to go back to a room to take a proper shower after swim and change.

breakfast was satisfying and enough of choice. room was spacious with comfy beds. Swimming pool and bouncy castle was a nice addition. Bar food was very good, especially a veggie burger

The shuttle bus after the final show is a nightmare, it is overcrowded and not everyone can get in. People behave really rude, crossing the line, pushing each other. I had a baby sleeping in a stroller so had no choice but to get inside but if you don't have a sleeping baby - just get a taxi or walk or use a public bus (check google maps for schedule). This bus is exploited by 4 expensive hotels, not sure why they haven't made this better. They could have run multiple busses at prime-time and send them until all the people will be picked up.

The hotel is pretty good in comparison with other hotels around. - The design of the lobby is really beautiful - Room was comfortable - Baggage storage service was really good and convenient - 30 mins walk from Disneyland if you will decide to walk by any chance - A really good breakfast with wide selection and quality (which is not often for French hotels, usually you just have a coffee and a croissant) - I forgot my phone in the restaurant and it was returned to me

Cost of water and scarcity of water in the hotel. 4.50 euro for a small bottle of water in the shop and 3 euro in the vending machine if you were lucky enough to get a bottle, which then charged my card 5 euro a bottle. The hotel was also very hot. It would have been nice to have some complimentary water in the room. I would give the hotel a 10 if it wasn't for the water. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel, as everything else exceeded our expectations.

The lobby was unique and such a magical experience. The design of the hotel was really cool and great for children. The food in the buffet at dinner and breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and professional. Pool was an added bonus, room decor was really fun, shuttle service really frequent and reliable, all in all a fantastic weekend!

The bathroom was a bit dated. The pillows were small and only 1 per person. It would have been good to have a second bar area that was a bit quieter. None of this would put me off going again though.

Lovely hotel. Great location for Disney. There is a shuttle bus that is around 10 minutes or it’s a 30 minute walk. Room was good for what we needed. Kids section of the room split off a bit which was good. Bed was comfortable. Room clean. I would go back.
