A little far from Reims centre but quite easy to walk to the centre

Our rooms on the ground floor were a little dated for the price but still very comfortable and clean.

The communal areas of the hotel were beautifully historic and staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect.

Lovely building, nicely maintained/renovated and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable (we had a deluxe on the 1st floor front. Power shutters kept out any light and sound (If there was any 🤷‍♂️). Yes, there is parking and yes there is a good breakfast - both of which you need to arrange/book on arrival/check-in. Nicest place we've found in Reims so far - maybe 5 or 6 visits to date. We'll stay here again for sure.

Shower hanger broken and clearly not recently just hasn’t been fixed. Bar prices expensive. No EV charging.

Lovely boutique hotel built in the 1800’s. Authentic decor. Comfortable bed. Tea and coffee in the room. Parking on site. Very nice staff and welcoming reception.

good location, off street parking though the arch - tight but luckily i had a medium sized car. 10 to 15 min walk to restaurants breakfast - typically french - bread, pain au chockie, croissant and coffee room - as expected - very comfy for 1 person staff - EXCELLENT, helpful, courteous and polite

We loved the location - easy to get to the center of the village, to the train and to the champagne houses. The staff was terrific and the building was lovely.

Nothing- everything was perfect!

You can see by the pictures that the hotel and rooms are done in a style reflecting the history of the place, yet everything felt well designed, high-quality, and clean. The bed we had was comfortable and had velvet decorative pillows, and the wallpaper was silk. The bedroom we were given was huge, as well as the bathroom. There are champagne and drinks in the mini bar, and they were reasonably priced. The staff was incredibly nice, and they were able to accommodate our later train time which we were worried about. They also noticed that we hadn’t booked breakfast and contacted us to see if that was ok since they place orders for fresh bread the day before. We ended up getting the 19 Euro breakfast, and thought it was worth it- we were stuffed by the end! Check in was smooth, and the staff kept our luggage in a locked storage area after we checked out so we could enjoy the city without lugging it around. Picking it up was really quick and easy. We would love to stay here again!

On booking.com it said that the pool was closed between December and April, but when we got there we heard that it was open. Unfortunately, we didn't bring our swimming clothes.

The hotel has such an amazing vibe. It's clean, the staff is friendly, breakfast was super good (we went for the continental breakfast). The whole experience felt super personal. You don't feel like a number.
