Some front office staff are not smily or are rough in their answers.

The Director nice welcome touch. Most of the staff is exceptional, few, require a little bit training to be more friendly. I applause the Director, who came during my breakfast to welcome me and make me feel welcomed. I applause the Director, who left me a personalized card in the room when I arrived late.

Upgrading the whole bathroom . Bedroom is ok. Love the terrace but wood flooring deteriorated. Also love the view of the Eiffel Tower.

Room itself is very nice. Bathroom needs upgrade especially the bath tub. Too high and too deep not appropriate for older guest. In my room, the toilet ball have a permanent stain. Needs upgrade. Room charge is expensive so it should be upgraded.

You thought hotels in Paris are small and in old buildings? This one is actually quite different. Looks like a vintage building from outside but the inside facilities and renovations are new and modern, without losing the Parisian romance. We love the balcony of the room, and the colour theme in room is just adorable. It is actually spacious that you don't feel very compact. Acceptable walking distance to train station, bus stops, restaurants and Arc de Triomphe. The reception staff is also friendly and helpful. It's a gem!

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, perfect location and the staff kindly upgraded us to the junior suite for my friends birthday. You can see the Eiffel Tower from the room so we got to see it glisten at night. It was a great trip, I would 100 percent recommend this accommodation! The staff are so helpful and friendly too

Clean and comfortable room in a great location, only 5 minutes walk from the Champs Elysee. Our room was a very comfortable size and much bigger than we expected.

The room was very comfortable. The location was great for the arch and Eiffel Tower but not as central to other sights so long walks and underground were required on our trip but that was ok as there was plenty to see and shops to stop in along the way.

Our room was slightly smaller than expected. We were hoping for more storage space, particularly in the form of additional drawers or storage options in the bathroom and nightstand. Additionally, having outlets located next to the bed would have been convenient.

The overall experience was pleasant, the staff were very accommodating, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. The comfortable accommodation, and convenient location made our experience memorable.

I booked a room with a balcony, but unfortunately the building outside the balcony is being renovated, so the view is not that good as I expected.

Really good location, only took few minutes to walk to l’arc de Triomphe. The transportation is also very convenient.

Unfortunately the water pressure was low and the temperature kept switching extremely by itself. In addition, I asked for a birthday message to be written for “Julia” upon arrival and the message was directed to myself instead of Julia :(

4* is definitely an overrated description. Except for the rooms that are renovated, everything else (bathrooms, communal areas) are very dated. All appliances (hairdryer, safe deposit box) kept breaking. Even the electricity circuit kept breaking from the use of the standard IPhone charger so I had to ask for the non-IPhone one.
