We arrived an hour early, but our room was ready, and we were able to check in. Our request for a quiet room on a lower floor was honored. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet, with quality toiletries, and very comfortable bedding. Breakfast was superb…the best I have ever had. The Chef was wonderful and the breakfast staff was wonderful.

We travelled by train to nine different destinations in Europe on this vacation. This hotel was the most perfectly situated between the station and attractions of the city. We were given excellent restaurant suggestions by the staff.

As it’s a petite deluxe hotel, there is nothing to complain about. Smaller rooms and a small elevator are expected in a smaller hitelnin an older building. But the rooms are renovated and very nice. So, no complaints!

The location was very convenient, just across the train station, metro and bus stations. At the same time, it’s a nice area and minutes walk to downtown. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in all shifts and areas, reception, restaurant and cleaning. The rooms with little surprises like bottles of fresh water and snacks. Detail oriented. The breakfast buffet is extraordinary, with about 10 freshly baked pies and cakes every morning. Lots of options for vegetarians. We came by car and were recommended a public parkhouse just 5 minutes away, it was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay!

- very polite, helpful and attentive staff - saw that my wife is pregnant when he saw that she wanted to have an omelette for breakfast, he said he would make her a new one suitable for a pregnant woman 🙂 - reusable water bottle available in the room, as well as the water fountain provided - tasty, delicious breakfast with very good variety of food

Dark rooms with ceiling painted in black, unfortunately, it made the room look even smaller than it was. Also, my room had windows facing the inner yard and there was not enough light coming in. Combination with a black ceiling and dark walls wasn’t ideal, unfortunately.

Very good location when you arrive by train, the room was clean and quiet.

There was no info of wifi password in the room. Or at least I didn't find it. Not a big deal just it would be nice. Also, perhaps a wider selection of savory food for breakfast would be great too.

I find the bike rental fee a bit too steep. It is a shame, it would be great to use the hotel bike during my week. The bathroom is a bit too small in the room that I stayed in.

The hotel is very well located if you travel by train. It is modern, the room is not too big but very comfortable and quiet, despite it overlooks the busy square. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is exceptionally tasty.

We travelled as a family of four - two adults + two children. I booked the room that was suggested and to be honest, don't think it was suitable for four people. It was very tight with the sofa bed, we barely had space to walk around. Do keep this in mind.

The hotel is nicely located in front of the main station - just a couple of minutes walk. I booked a room there because of all the raving reviews about their breakfast - and it didn't disappoint! We were all (four of us) very happy with everything on offer. The room itself was nice, with big windows; the bathroom was quite spacious and clean.

I have nothing special i did not like. The view was on the inner courtyard, but very silent.

The room was small, but with everything necessary. There were some mini breztels as welcome and all the necessary for a tea, and i enjoyed it. The breakfast was excellent with a large choice of cakes, bread and so. Unfortunately nothing with a low sugar content for the "sweet" choice.

There was something a little strange. We returned to our room after being out all day and left again in the early evening (around 18:00) to pop out for something. When we returned, there were small Easter eggs in the bathroom, which we're sure were not there before we left. While this is a nice gesture, it would appear somebody entered our room outside the normal cleaning hours, which is a bit intrusive.

The hotel was well situated, close to the station and the centre. It was quiet, clean and modern. All interactions with staff were good.

Tastefully appointed boutique hotel as the pictures show with excellent ammenities just a couple of minutes walk from Strasbourg Station. RECOMMENDED.

Unfortunately, there was a noisy construction site next to our window when we visited but it was very nice of the staff to let us change rooms after one night (we even got a room of a higher price category - so thank you again!)

The hotel ist perfectly situated at the train station. Clean rooms, friendly staff and an amazing breakfast- especially for anyone with a sweet tooth.
