Responsive and sincere staff: helped me solve all my questions. Tasty breakfast. Clean, warm room, convenient location near the metro and the Bois de Boulogne, close to restaurants, shops and everything you need. In 20 minutes you are in the very center of Paris.

Nothing, it was exactly what I had hoped for the price.

very friendly owners, quick and professional service. Room was dated decor but perfectly acceptable and with funny charm. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean with free soap and small sachets of shower gel. Although we were facing the main road, with the windows shut it was quiet. Additionally the road was not actually busy at night. Fast food places to eat nearby (literally next door). There was a code to get into the hotel if we would return later than 11pm when the reception was shut.

There was not lift to carry usually heavy luggage upstairs with narrow stair case. I believe no one is there to help also. The complementary breakfast was monotonous with not option for salad, fruits and non veg items.

The courteous behaviour of the staff members, cleanliness, all the facility those promised were available.

The hotel is very shabby looking with worn carpets etc. However the bed was comfortable. The water was slow to get warm so I didn't try the shower.

The thoughtfullness of the owners and freedom to come and go without restrictions (key to room and door code).

Not clean, bathroom door wasn't getting locked, not a neat and clean room, payment machine wasn't working so had to pay by cash. Hot water took a bit time to come. Some smell inside property, while sleeping body was itching a lot. Not a good experience! Not recommended.

We have meet very friendly staff there. The place was very quiet, close to coffee shops and other markets and souvenir shops.

The WiFi connection in my room was too weak and practically didn't work at all. Even the mobile Internet was better outside. Not suitable for a business trip. The personnel does not speak English at all. I didn't have many questions anyway, but it could be an issue for someone else.

It was very difficult to use the bath as there is no shower. Very expensive for the state. Floor boards were moving and extremely noisy.

I didn’t ask for room service - yet, someone came into the room and besides “cleaning” (the trash was still in the bin), they moved and touched all my left stuff. Folded clothes, opened a bag (it was not left open!), put things in a different order or different place etc. There is no problem with room service, but personally I hate when other people touch my things. So it was not welcome on my side. I would advise they ask beforehand. The bed mattress was very worn, it was already dented where people usually sleep. Neutral: the room was very noisy, you can hear the streets and the subway. But it is locational problem not service.

Some parts of the room would have been so much better if cleaned more thoroughly.Mirror in main room had finger marks.The old fashioned style radiator in the bathroom was full of dust.Also one of the lightbulbs didn't work in the reading lights over the bed.

Staff were friendly and helped with a train route and also gave me an extra pillow.

The decor was very old and used. The hotel looked like it was still in the 80s. There was no kettle, coffee, fridge etc. When you pay this much, you expect basic items such as these. They also expected breakfast to be paid as extra.

Non-english speaking staff. The shower looked as if it was going to fall off the wall at any time. Noisy street out the window. Very noisy pipes.
