A bit difficult to find dining options, as we went there on a weekend and the hotel’s restaurant was closed. Seems like the nearest food option was a mcdonald’s which is like a 7-10mins walk away.

Proximity to the airport. Comfortable beds, consistent hot water supply. Complimentary bottled water, tea/coffee sachets in-room, complimentary dental hygiene kit available upon request. Free shuttle service (7am) from hotel-airport. Great for layovers. Amazing breakfast options — hot meals: bacon, sausages, baked potatoes, sauteed mushrooms, scrambled eggs, beans, different/variety of pastries, jams, cheese, cold cuts, milks and cereals. They even have a self-operated waffle station. Fruits available too. Bonus: we enjoyed watching the rabbits outside our window (behind the hotel property).

Having trained staff at bar in the evening to support new staff. One girl, obviously new, was clearly needing support. No-one else came to take over while she was being instructed. A queue formed, which was upsetting for her and frustrating for us.

Location was good for accessing the airport. The breakfast was 'OK' but not brilliant. The food was barely warm, not hot. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Wait for main course at dinner. Food was excellent, but after a long day’s travel it seemed a long wait. The wine arrived promptly though!

Shower head was at a strange angle! Lack of restaurant facilities, or indeed any facilities, on a Sunday night is not good. In fairness, we knew in advance. But how on earth can you have an apparently busy airport and apart from the NH Hotel have absolutely no facilities for travellers seemingly on a Saturday and a Sunday. It will definitely put us off travelling from Toulouse, especially at the weekend.

The hotel restaurant is not open at the weekend. There is a restaurant about a 10 minute walk away. This restaurant is fine but only one item to choose from if you are vegetarian.

The location is good and there is a shuttle service to and from the airport.

Breakfast stopped precisely at 10.00 which seemed a it early for a late night arrival. I sauntered down at 10.03. Yes I should have checked. It took some pleading to hold of something, juice and eggs. Breakfast would probably have been good and I picked the hotel partly on the recommendation of breakfast. I didn't like one of the surly waitresses who was very begrudging. I did like the second one who went off and got me an excellent coffee.

It was very good for my overnight stay having landed about midnight. The car park shuttle bus driver stopped especially for me at the front door. Late reception was friendly and efficient. Room very comfy and bathroom spotless and well equipped.
