How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

We were welcomed by Staff when we arrived and she was very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. When leaving the lady was wonderful organising the shuttle bus. A very good place especially if you are leaving from the airport.

Nothing! I have stayed at the hotel a number of times and for me, as a solo traveler, it remains my first choice. There are lots of options to get to the center of Toulouse from the hotel.
Location, location, location. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly and accommodating staff.

All was good
Close to Terminal. Our flight was delayed and we checked in just after 1am but were made very welcome. Lovely choices for breakfast. Will definitely use again.

As normal in France asking for cold milk so we can make tea in the room seems to throw them... Not confined to this hotel ;-) Decent walk from airport with cases so you really need a taxi!

We would have preferred to have had a fridge in the room to keep our water cold .. but we didn't mention it .. and it wasn't a major issue. Not sure if it was just our room - it might have been
Breakfast .. like everyone says .. AMAZING !! great choices and plenty of it. Excellent staff . .shout out to Baptiste on the front desk who was very very helpfula and informative and happily resolved several queries we had .. (none of which were to do with the facilities !!). This is a great place to stay when wanting to hop off on a plane .. we were catching a 6.25am plane .. and also needed a day's stay to do some work. Perfect ! Very quiet neighborhood .. yes you can hear the planes .. but only if you think about them. YES . .the Wifi is excellent .. Bathroom - large shower and everything you would expect in a bathroom.

Not a dislike, but note that the hotel shuttle to the airport runs from only 07:00-22:00. I had a 06:00 flight so the hotel arranged a taxi for me, as I had a large bike box. If one has just a regular roller type suitcase, it would be an easy walk to the airport. Also note that nothing opens at the Toulouse airport until after 05:00-05:30 and there are long lines. So, take advantage of a coffee at the hotel first (they will make you one).
Nice, seemingly very new hotel located about 10-15 min walk from Toulouse airport. Rooms were very clean. Staff friendly and professional. I ate dinner in the hotel restaurant which was very good. The hotel is located about a 15 minute walk from the major Blagnac shopping mall.

The bathroom sliding door over the clothes rail etc is a bit odd and unnecessary.
Modern, good facilities. Staff were really helpful eg getting us a taxi to a wedding and back. The most amazing breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen!

Bed small and firm
Breakfast great, choice of hot and cold food. Buffet style. Hotel reception area had table football for kids to enjoy. Good air con in the room Shower room modern and very clean Great restaurant 2min from hotel - need to book in advance as gets busy.

Shuttle wasn't available to drop us at international departures at 5am so it cost 40E for a taxi.
Location. Price was too high for one night. Restaurant offered little to no options for vegetarians and we left too early for breakfast.

Short menu in restaurant, however food was tasty and good.
Excellent place. Upgrade of the room provided for reasonable price. Excellent breakfast (although no vegetables at all). Newly furbished rooms, strong and fast wifi. Free shuttle to the airpot.
