We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

All staff were very friendly and Christine was very helpful throughout our stay. Continental breakfast was good and well laid out with plenty of choice. Pool and garden area was very nice and well kept. Location of the hotel was excellent, being only a short walk to the Port area.

the location was perfect, 10 mins to the port on foot. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.we stayed for only two nights for a stopover and it served us perfectly, we had good rest.

United KingdomThe room was rather small for 2 persons, and the terrace was too enclosed with plants allowing privacy but little outlook.
The hotel offered more than what one would normally expect in a French 3 star hotel, which we used as a base for exploring the local area. It had a well-maintained and spacious pool area for relaxation at the end of the day. Cleanliness, in and out, was to the highest standard and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, in the normal French way, was straightforward with no frills. Our room was provided with welcome air-con.

NetherlandsThe room for kids was a real shoebox, a staircase for the upper bunk bed was poorly fixed. The most annoying was the impossibility to dry the swimsuits after the sea and pool - there was a french door with a railing but then the water from our suits was dripping on the table of downstairs' neighbours(((. The hotel is at some distance to the sea.
Nice grounds around with picnic tables, quiet neighborhood. Easy parking.

Communication with staff was very nice, they were welcoming and hospitable. I really enjoyed first of all the terrace my room had, plus the hotel had a very lovely small garden and pool area. Also, they were kind enough to contact me after check out that I had forgotten something personal there, and they were kindly willing to ship my belongings back to me.
