Very convenient for a overnight stop over in Marseille. You contact them through the intercom outside the terminal and they send someone to collect you. The room is clean, very comfortable bed and shower, everything you need to rest after a long flight. Breakfast is decent and the shuttle brings you back to airport. Only thing to be noticed is that there is nothing around the hotel, it is a place to sleep while you wait for your next flight.

Front desk clerk Nassim was amazing; he was so helpful in arranging the shuttle, suggesting dinner across the street (even for take-out), suggesting the appropriate time to depart based on an early morning flight, and arranging to provide a small take-out order of croissants for our early morning departure.

Wonderful staff, very welcoming and friendly from late arrival to check out. Clean, comfortable, nice decoration, very quiet for an airport hotel, great parking facilities. But mainly the quality of the staff. Sorry I forgot their names I think it was Amif, Elton and a lovely young lady on the late shift.

Service at breakfast. There were just a few guests having breakfast when I had mine, most tables were left with the used plates and the staff did not care to clean, only 3 tables were left clean. During that time staff was chatting….

Had to go to the other hotel across the street just to get a Coke. Smallest TV I have seen in a hotel room. And notice it is not possible to walk from the airport to the hotel even though it is close by.

Perfect hotel near the airport for those flying early in the morning. The hotel has a shuttle to the airport, but we couldn't use it because our flight was very early in the morning, but the staff helped us order a taxi that arrived on time. Definitely recommended for flights at inconvenient hours!

The hotel rooms were pretty dirty. The carpet was filthy with lots of stains. The bathroom floor and shower looked like it needed some serious bleach. They have a filthy toilet brush right next to the toilet that was covered in nastiness. When I went downstairs in the early evening to purchase some waters, it was dark, and completely quiet with nobody around. When the lady finally came out of the back office, she directed me to go across the street for water.

Remy was extremely welcoming and accommodating. He made sure to get our rooms ready for us as soon as possible even though we were early for check in. He helped order our taxi for us for the next day and gave us information about the area and what was available around. Remy was the only positive about this hotel.

The room we were allocated had not been made up, The beds had been recently slept in. (Cinderella perhaps???). We were then directed across the road to the other Holiday Inn Marseilles Airport. This was a difficult walk with baggage and no assistance. then we had to wait for almost an hour whilst the reception at the new hotel understood was the heck was going on. So , not good, appalling in fact. Just general apthy alround by IHG employees.

In my case I wasn't able to take the shuttle for my early flight (needed to leave before 5 AM), so I wish there had been a more affordable way to get to the airport which is SO close. I also am not a fan of just a duvet and a bottom sheet with no top sheet. I know this is popular in Europe and Asia (not popular in the US) but even my French husband (who says he grew up with a bottom AND a top sheet and THEN a duvet or comforter or bed spread) can't stand not having a sheet between him and the duvet. When/if you get too warm you can't just sleep with a sheet on you - it's either a thick duvet or nothing at all - lousy choices.

Hotel recently updated, room and bathroom updated and clean, doors do not slam shut, able to go across the street for food, drinks and catching the shuttle. (we were there just before the remodel almost 2 years ago and it is a good improvement!) Appreciated that they made me a caesar salad without meat. Everyone was helpful and polite I had to go to the airport a couple of times to try and resolve an issue about my flight the next day and was grateful they had no problem with me taking the shuttle multiple times there and back. Remy, whom we met when we stayed at the property 1 1/2 years ago was there again/still and he remembered me, is very personable, attentive and cares about his guests. We would stay here again if flying in/out of Marseille.

It is ideal for a quick overnight stay.

Location is ideal for someone travelling and wants to sleep near the airport, but in a quiet area. The hotel in general, and also the room (sheets, towels, everything) were clean, bed was super comfortable, and the staff kind and helpful. Good internet connection. Shuttle service from the airport, and also very nice breakfast.
