How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Didn’t like the fact that the Tv in the room did not work. The staff at the front desk had mentioned there was a maintenance person coming to look at it. However a guest that had stayed in the hotel longer mentioned that it had been the same story for a few weeks.
The room was clean, the staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast also had quite a few options which was great.

The food options were not good. The coat was far too much for what was offered. The breakfast was included but the food was mediocre and a coffee machine was broken which left a long lineup at the one working machine.
My room was quiet and the blackout blinds were excellent. The location is great. It is very easy to get to and from the airport terminal.

The breakfast was very basic, with very few items. Same goes for the dinner as well, it's not an "all you can eat" buffet.Drinka were not included in the dinner menu, we had to pay separately for the drinks! Also the bathroom was quite small.
Since it's very close to the CDGVAL train station, it's easy to access the airport from the hotel.

There are no plates in the breakfast room even though we arrived at 8:30. The containers in which I will give honey are finished, and the floor in the breakfast room is wet. It could be cleaner. I stayed for two nights, same view both times
The hotel is clean, the staff is helpful. the rooms are spacious.

Not very organised breakfast. Juice and toast not with other food so did not see until finished eating. Also suggest instructions for making tea near coffee machine. Otherwise very good

No TV reception due to technical issues in hotel
Good location for an early flight out of CDG and easy access via CGVAL. Check in & restaurant staff very friendly and food was sumptuous with great selection.

Not many options for dinner. Only buffet in restaurant or prepared items at the bar.
Decent breakfast included. Close proximity to CDG with the shuttle train to all terminals.

Standard hotel format located within CDG nearby to T1. If you were visiting Paris, this is not where you would want to stay but as a stopover venue it's great. Hasall you need, friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable.

It was IMPOSSIBLE to find this hotel using Google maps! The roads into CDG lack clear signage as to how to get over to the hotel area. It was like being in the Twilight Zone. Imagine a giant 5 layer spiral of highway with hidden turns and traffic crossing each other. We finally "stumbled" onto the car rental return area and even the Enterprise guy had trouble figuring out the directions to get to a location LESS THAN A MILE AWAY. One tip: use WAZE for your GPS, as it was able to finally get us to the hotel. Luckily, we had decided to come in the night before our flight, around 8:30 PM. Good thing, because we would not have made it if we tried to come in the next day. The roads leading into CDG were major traffic jams barely moving at 11:00 AM. Also, the "free" shuttle to the airport is not really close-something to think about if you have kids and/or a lot of bags. The hotel shuttle isn't free and has a limit on amount of luggage. We opted for a taxi for the 7 minute drive because WE WERE DONE!
There was a wide variety of items at breakfast, if you are down there early. Bedroom and bathroom were fine--shower was nice and hot. Hotel is close to airport. Hotel is well insulated-you don't hear the planes going over.

No hot water on bathrooms
The front lobby receptionist is friendly. I have to wait 45 minutes for somebody to open the fridge for me to buy a drink. The breakfast was excellent. The water in the bathroom is Luke warm and takes a long time to get only a little bit warm, so It almost too cold to get a shower. When I checked my friends in 2 other rooms, they had the same experiences as my room.

Food at breakfast was just ok, but it was free so I shouldn't complain.
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing, so helpful whenever I had a question or problem to solve. I also liked the park across the street for walking my dog.
