Did find tissue left in the room on the floor between the head board and the bed. Housekeeping should just go back look at the room before checkin. Pictures of the room was accurate, for me I miss judge the size of the room. (It is Europe a bit smaller.) Did not have complete american breakfast? Was looking for pancakes and waffles not only crepe. Would have been great to have a menu in the room of what the buffet consisted of daily. Plates at buffet was small. At the ending of our stay during breakfast a company was busy removing the floors of a section of the restaurant. Assuming for renovating that section for the new season. This could have started late afternoon or evening not during breakfast time. While myself and other persons was eating. I was upset, choose not to complain. Did not like the idea of payment increasing or decreasing daily depending on occupancy during my stay. After checking my bill before payment.

The staff was always great, always willing to answer questions or help. Checkin and checkout was fast. Public areas was clean. Love the idea of the refreshing drink at the lobby. Breakfast was ok. Few things to choose from. Time set for it was ok. The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance from different restaurants, mall and attractions in the center of the city.

The only drawback was that the hotel car park was closed so we had to park on the street outside. We were lucky that there was a space close by on the day but if there hadn't been, finding somewhere to park locally would have been a problem.

The room was a good size, clean and well equipped - water, juice and snacks were included in the mini-bar free of charge. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. We had inter-connecting rooms as we were staying with two of our teenage children, which worked really well. The breakfast was included in the price when we booked and was an excellent selection of both continental and cooked, with plenty of options to suit everyone.

Room quite small. Breakfast was average usually only pay €10.00 but was charged €15.00 then tax on top of that which ended being €19.00 extortionate.

The AC did not work as it should. It just blew warm air. NO parking available nearby and difficult loading and unloading baggage in front of hotel.

The staff was very professional and courteous. The room had been recently remodeled.

I would normally give a top rating for comfort here but this time we had a corner room (no 219) which was a bit shabby and small,for example the headboard was ripped in several places.

We had an early start- before 6.00am but they were happy for us to have breakfast even though the breakfast room was not officially open. The staff are always great. They have changed their parking system and you can now reserve a space ahead of your arrival and this is a great improvement for us.

There was no bar staff in the evening at the weekend which was disappointing after a long day out.

We were welcomed by very pleasant reception staff. The room was clean, good shower and air conditioning. Breakfast was good. Hotel was close to everything in town and the university.

The price too high for the offer, rooms need refurbishing, some receptionists speaking just french, so impossible to obtain any information, low wifi speed, noise in the morning because of the renovation site of the ground floor, no Conference center or a computer room. After renovation I am sure would be better, but, in this situation, the price could not be justified…

The breakfast buffet is trying too hard to offer too much, but failing in quality. The carpark is difficult to access.

Parking lot is small and inconvenient for large vehicles. Hotel is difficult to find since ads are not visible from both sides of the street.

Staff were quite friendly and helpfull, rooms are convenient, restaurant is good and breakfast very good.

Cleanliness and general lack of repair in the rooms. Stained carpet,torned curtains. We had to change room twice until we got a room that was adequately cleaned and prepared for use. First room : toilet was disgusting abd second room : hadn’t been cleaned at all, dirty bath towels on the floor and unmade bed from the previous occupants.

The staff were lovely and very helpful, but the air conditioning wasn’t good, the bed was small and we booked it because the weather was hot and it had aircon. The breakfast was ok because we didn’t pay for it due to my booking .com genius level, overall, it was ok for 1 night, but we wouldn’t return.

Reception wanted to charge for breakfast which was included. I had to show my reservation. The air-conditioning did not work on a hot day and night. I had a poor nights sleep.
