We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Sint MaartenDid find tissue left in the room on the floor between the head board and the bed. Housekeeping should just go back look at the room before checkin. Pictures of the room was accurate, for me I miss judge the size of the room. (It is Europe a bit smaller.) Did not have complete american breakfast? Was looking for pancakes and waffles not only crepe. Would have been great to have a menu in the room of what the buffet consisted of daily. Plates at buffet was small. At the ending of our stay during breakfast a company was busy removing the floors of a section of the restaurant. Assuming for renovating that section for the new season. This could have started late afternoon or evening not during breakfast time. While myself and other persons was eating. I was upset, choose not to complain. Did not like the idea of payment increasing or decreasing daily depending on occupancy during my stay. After checking my bill before payment.
The staff was always great, always willing to answer questions or help. Checkin and checkout was fast. Public areas was clean. Love the idea of the refreshing drink at the lobby. Breakfast was ok. Few things to choose from. Time set for it was ok. The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance from different restaurants, mall and attractions in the center of the city.

United KingdomThe only drawback was that the hotel car park was closed so we had to park on the street outside. We were lucky that there was a space close by on the day but if there hadn't been, finding somewhere to park locally would have been a problem.
The room was a good size, clean and well equipped - water, juice and snacks were included in the mini-bar free of charge. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. We had inter-connecting rooms as we were staying with two of our teenage children, which worked really well. The breakfast was included in the price when we booked and was an excellent selection of both continental and cooked, with plenty of options to suit everyone.

FranceI would normally give a top rating for comfort here but this time we had a corner room (no 219) which was a bit shabby and small,for example the headboard was ripped in several places.
We had an early start- before 6.00am but they were happy for us to have breakfast even though the breakfast room was not officially open. The staff are always great. They have changed their parking system and you can now reserve a space ahead of your arrival and this is a great improvement for us.

After renovation I am sure would be better, but, in this situation, the price could not be justified…

First room : toilet was disgusting abd second room : hadn’t been cleaned at all, dirty bath towels on the floor and unmade bed from the previous occupants.
