Oréliane met us to let us in and show us the apartment and help with the garage. She could not have been more helpful. She was so friendly and welcoming, gave us some brilliant advice on nearby bakeries and coffee shops (which we went to & were FANTASTIC) and the Traboules and other historical sites of the old town, which we had a lovely time walking round with a coffee & pain au chocolat. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning, petite and unique, light, airy, quiet and spacious, and decorated and equipped to a very high standard, with beautiful artistic style. The spiral stone staircase and garden view added to this also. Oréliane was very fast to respond to any questions and check that our stay was all going well. I highly highly recommended this property & wonderful host, and will definitely return in the future to see more of Lyon, which was only supposed to be a brief stop en route from Germany to the South of France, but turned out to be a such a surprisingly lovely city.

Original Vieux Lyon studio, well converted. Good facilities and very peaceful. Up many steps so need to be fit! It’s half way up Vieux Lyon towards the Basilica. Really intersecting are. Host very attentive and informative.

The property is pretty compact, but has everything you need for a short weekend break - not sure it’s spacious enough or has enough storage for longer than that though.

Great location in a quiet building above the old town of Lyon - you can walk everywhere (as long as you can cope with the steps coming back up from town) Oréliane was extremely helpful and communicative giving us a detailed overview of the city and recommendations of what to see and where to eat.

Too short stay...I have to come back to this accommodation for a visit of Lyon with my family.

Very nice accommodation within the "old" city centre of Lyon. Really charming and comfortable apartment. Really beautiful view on a part of Lyon city as the accommodation is located on the hill. Close to typical city centre with facilities and 10min walk away from Notre Dame de Fourvière, a marvellous worthseeing site. Last but not least: warm welcome from the host Oreliane.

We liked everything . You do need to be fit as there are about 200 steps from the main pedestrian area to the apartment. A taxi can take you to the front door.

We stayed in the apartment with a view to the courtyard. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Orliane was very welcoming and gave us very good advice on what to see and where to eat in Lyon.

If you have mobility issues and don't like stairs and hills this may not be the place for you. There isn't a lot of sound insulation between the adjacent units. This dis not bother us at all but it might bother you.

Our hostess was one of those people who reaffirm my love for humanity. She was warm, welcoming and took the time to orient us in the city that she loves and helped us fall in love with it ourselves. Lyon is a gem and this flat is a great place to see it from. It is a flat in an older building on a steep hill in the old town. Great place to not feel like tourist.

Very quiet and comfortable, lots of nice touches and the host, Oreliane, gave us great suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing. Easy check in and out, no problem being picked up / dropped off by Uber. Apartment is part way up the hill towards the Cathedral, was good exercise walking up/down the road and stairs from central Old Town.

Lovely stay! Oréliane really made our stay easy and smooth. Nothing, it was perfect.

The apartment was really cool and was in this super old building. It was so quiet inside despite being in a very busy section of the city close to everything. I loved that we could walk everywhere.

STAIRS. But we knew it was in a hill so get those calves ready!

Host was incredible with communication and recommendations in the area. Place was super clean with old world charm. Loved the supplied coffee pods. Would love to have stayed longer!
