For a four star hotel I would have expected a more extensive menu. It was very limited. My husband and I eat most things but struggled to find something we liked apart from the steak. Food and wine were expensive. On the Friday eve the restaurant staff were very good and attentive. However on the Saturday evening very slow service - we waited 30 minutes before even being offered a drink or menu and there were only 8 tables occupied! Breakfast was very good but we were charged for breakfast for both mornings but we only ate on one morning and they charged us for 4 breakfasts on both days. We were only partly refunded for two breakfasts! Not impressed.

Beautiful building in a lovely setting. Bedroom was spacious and clean. Hotel was very accommodating for our dog. Grounds around hotel were great for our dog to run around. Staff friendly and helpful.

The walls were paper thin, we could hear absolutely everything in the room next to us. Also the rooms were basic and not nice compared with the public areas of the hotel. But perfectly functional

The lack of variety on the menu was very disappointing especially considering the chateau was a 10 minute taxi drive from Rodez centre and very limited food options near the chateau.

The decor was beautiful and the room was lovely, clean and spacious. The pool area was well maintained and very relaxing. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom not a 4-star standard But it says in the room that bathrooms are subject to future renovations, however we already pay for a 4 star hotel price per night while the rooms are still not at this level. Poor indication from the main road = hard to find at night. No elevator

Everything! Location from Rodez airport super, beautiful ambience, all of the team wee so pleasant and courteous. Grounds lovely and great pool. Breakfast a treat.

The walls are paper thin. And the rooms are echo chambers. You can hear every fart, splash, moan, groan, from your neighbours. Especially if you have amourous neighbours, maybe take ear plugs

The building , grounds etc were beautiful, such an idealic place. The rooms are huge with high vaulted ceilings. Breakfast was great, good selection and unhurried. We had arrived late and the staff went out of the way to feed us at 9pm.

I would have tvs linked to the internet so that you can sign into your Netflix account.

Facilities were excellent to keep teenagers entertained. Swimming pool, Pool table, table tennis, chess boards, next door to the golf club where you can hire clubs for the driving range.

well renovated the very old building. great idea to keep the original used fireplaces. the kitchen stove and the place where you can keep the foods warm was just phenomenal. I loved the carpeting as well. great pattern giving the original time feel to the building.

Perhaps unique to our stay over Christmas, but our lunch reservation was cancelled and the restaurant closed at very short notice, and there was no bar. To be fair, the hotel made a reservation on our behalf at a very good restaurant in town for Christmas lunch, which was very good, but still.

Generous sized rooms, lovely comfortable bed very spacious bathroom, very clean, the hotel is situated with easy access to Rodez, very impressive building.
