I think the breakfast needs more choices as bread for example, and some more choice of jam could be appreciated as well.

The bedroom was beautifully decorated and everything was cute. The staff was adorable and very helpful. The garden near the hotel has astonished trees and small surprising animals in plaster.

During our stay hotel restaurant had a private event. The lack of nearby dinner choices may be a consideration for future guests who prefer the convenience of having dining options within easy reach. However, it's essential to acknowledge that this aspect was likely influenced by the hotel's location outside the central area.

Although the hotel wasn't centrally located, its position outside the bustling center allowed for easy access by car, providing a convenient option for travelers with their own transportation. What made the hotel stand out was its unique charm, clearly reflecting the personal touch and care invested by its owners. The establishment exuded a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a delightful place to stay. The staff further enhanced our experience with their friendliness and helpfulness. Their attentiveness added a personal touch to the service, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. It's evident that the owners and staff are dedicated to creating a memorable experience for their guests. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast, which truly stood out. Prepared with love and featuring local ingredients, the breakfast had an authentic and genuine taste. It was evident that the meals were crafted with care, enhancing our overall enjoyment of the stay. The effort put into providing a breakfast that went beyond the ordinary left a lasting positive impression. In summary, despite the hotel's location not being in the central hub, its uniqueness, the care put into its design, and the genuine warmth of the staff made our short stay a delightful and memorable experience. The breakfast, in particular, was a highlight, showcasing the dedication to providing a special touch that set this hotel apart.

This hotel was a transit hotel for us. Comfort and cost fully correspond to the description. We would like to note the guy from the hotel team who showed us in detail where and what to visit. You can immediately see a man working in his place, respect.

Quite busy main road could be an issue for light sleepers

Nice, typical hotel with local charm, perfect for stop-over in Alsace. The room was nicely decorated, bed was comfy and OK bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, staff super nice and we had a lovely dinner in the Weinstub sampling the hotel's own wine.

Service in the restaurant was very very slow !

Our stay was spoilt by the restaurant ! Very expensive for a simple meal for 2 ‼️ Was charged for 3 beers when I had 2. The meal was €62 each ‼️ And what was appalling was the wait in between course . We sat down at 8.00pm but did not get our mains until 9.00pm . Far too long to wait . Very small portions .

The wifi doesnt work unfortunately and we werent able to use the tv for services like YouTube, netflix,etc

This hotel is so cute, I fell in love with it immediately. Feels like grandma's house in the country. Don't forget to explore Rosheim! And they have free parking!

Our room was awful, plug sockets hanging out, light fittings not fixed properly, bathroom sink and tap not fitted. Dusty and lacking any care.

This hotel has a vintage charm, but it’s in need of repairs and carries an aged scent. The bathroom had an unpleasant sewage odor, and the bed was very uncomfortable. Considering these factors, it felt very overpriced.

The staff’s friendliness was truly appreciated, and their assistance was impeccable. As for breakfast, the variety of delicious cheeses and assortment of breads and pastries added a nice touch, but unfortunately, the coffee from the machine fell short of expectations. On the whole, I’d rate my experience a 5 out of 10.

There were no vegetables at breakfast.

It should have been a transit hotel for us, but we got so much more. The people were perfect hosts, the food was exceptional and the area was so relaxing.

There were no facilities, restaurant closed, no bar open to order a drink after we travelled al full day on the road. Terras, tiles were loose on the roof. Dangerous. Airco stopped, No staff at night at the property, call someone to come and fix it.

The bed was comfy.

2 restaurants, neither open for 2 days. One restaurant exceptionally pricey although has just won awards. Food in second restaurant not to standard we expected. Perhaps not to our taste although we are usually reasonably easy to please. Heat wave while we were there but no air con in the room. Tiny balcony. No water bottles or drink making facilities in room. Light fitting falling off, bare wire in bathroom. Dust and cobwebs around waste basket.

Breakfast very good, female staff member very helpful. Hotel easy to find. Walking distance of rail station to get to local towns, Strasbourg and Colmar although good road links too.
