We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesBathroom layout is very inconvenient. No where to place soap and shampoo while showering. Suggest installing liquid soap and shampoo canisters on wall of shower like other hotels have done. More hooks should be installed to hold clothing while showering since there is no place to put clothing in bathroom.
Location was great. Staff was hospitable and helpful. Nice common areas. Very clean room. Nice breakfast. Would stay here again.

IrelandSome staff-eg manager supervising breakfast and initial reception staff were not very helpful. We arrived Sunday lunchtime but only brunch had been available and service was over. Our room was not going to be ready for one hour. No food options were available/suggested to us.

NorwayThe only thing I do not like is the bathroom in the room. It was big and came with a bathtub. But the shower head holder was designed for 200cm above human beings and it was not possible to adjust the height. I ended up holding the shower head everyday I showered. The hairdryer in the room was a very old fashion one- the kind that attach to the wall and one has to push all the time to get it to work. These really need to be updated!!
The location of the hotel is very nice. Spa facilities are great. The outdoor pool was not open in December, though. The room is spacious and the breakfast is also very nice. The lobby area is very relaxing with books and various seating areas. Staffs are all very friendly and nice.

United StatesThe air conditioning unit rattled in our room all the time. We asked for it to be fixed and they said they would fix it but hey did not. Also the shower had nowhere to set shampoo or soap so you had to put it in the floor. The shower water ran out all over the floor, very poorly designed shower.
The location was excellent, the room with a balcony was very nice and the pool was just what we needed on an unusually warm day for the time of year!

United StatesLovely room in the heart of Aix! We enjoyed the pool and spa while we were there. Great sauna, steam rooms, hot tub, and heated chairs accessible to guests. We'd just gotten married, so the relaxing atmosphere was much appreciated. The room size was perfect for us (we stayed in a comfort double room) and there are elevators, which is helpful for luggage and getting around. My sister-in-law was in a suite with a balcony and her room was also incredible! The staff was professional and helpful, and the hotel was immaculate. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! We frequently visit Aix and know of other hotels. Aquabella is a great choice for anyone looking for total comfort, in terms of room size, elevator access, pool, etc.

United StatesLack of communication for English speakers. For a property of this size and one that markets itself as a 5-star spa, communication in English was non-existent. Signage and printed materials related to the spa were 100% in French. The excellent restaurant did have English menus and waitstaff that understood and spoke a little English. But for anyone interested in spa hours, facilities, treatments, specials, etc communication in English is very poor.
