The location, service and facilities were great. It would be good if they could be a. It could be a bit more environmentally friendly and provide a water fountain for all guest to top up their water and possibly provide or sell water bottles, also, the toiletries only need to be replaced if they run out rather than automatically every day.

Pool supervision was very lacking - eg those who reserve the loungers with a towel and a hat but aren’t there for long periods. There should be a notice advising half hour absence only and then pool staff should remove towels etc - so other guests can enjoy the pool facilities. Also a notice saying don’t leave a spare lounger between couples - then eventually couples have to split up or locate to the grass. Not as nice as poolside. Simple management and supervision needed.

Hotel Restaurant was closed in the evenings for most of our stay , though a local French restaurant was booked on the first evening which was superb. Breakfast was average to poor - no cornflakes during our 6 night stay!!! Disappointed pool didnt open until 9am - I am a pre breakfast swimmer

Loved this hotel with its spacious rooms, efficient air-conditioning , friendly helpful staff and its location on the edge of Aix . In Aix for family wedding at nearby Chateau - various family members in hire cars and new to the area had no problem locating us. Had some problems with couriered luggage but this was resolved quickly.

Wonderful stay. Large and well equipped rooms. The pool and spa areas were beautiful and very clean. Also the pool bar and terrace was a lovely place to sit and enjoy a quiet drink with a perfect balance of sunny and shaded spots.

Loved this hotel. Lovely room, beautiful pool and good spa facilities. Perfect location right in the old town. We didn't eat in the restaurant so couldn't comment on that.

The parking was close, but don’t drive anything bigger than a Toyota Corolla or you will have sidewall damage….so narrow.😳 The hotel is very difficult to find. Don’t trust GPS or you will end up at a staircase and have to “find your own way”. They should send you accurate directions when you book a room, you will be on narrow, one way ancient roads wondering if a car can even make it!

The spa facilities were good, restaurant and bar were good. Staff was great. The breakfast was superb.

Our room was large and comfortable with great storage, coffee machine, etc. but my husband thought the contemporary furnishings seemed a bit too IKEAish the chairs were hard. I think this style is to accommodate sanitary cleaning which I appreciate in these times of Covid.

The staff, location and ambiance were exceptional! What a great pleasure it was to be able to walk into the heart of Aix and then come back and relax in the beautiful pool! Many thanks to the reception staff who made our visit so perfect.
