Not so much the property but more the area around the metro when walking back late at night.

Room was comfortable and clean with flat screen Tv and decent shower. Breakfast was adequate with boiled eggs, ham and cheese and pastries. Secure free parking onsite as well.

I lost my charger and there wasn’t a suitable converter for my adapter. But fortunately,the staff helped me to charge my phone with their own charger! Many thanks to the staff!

Breakfast had few options, a typical french hotel breakfast of cereal, breads and cheese. Unfortunately, there are no nearby restaurants. You will have to walk at least 10 minutes to find a restaurant. There are also a few shops as you continue to walk. the hotel is along a major road hence the extra walking. The neighborhood is quite residential hence the paucity of shops and restaurants nearby.

I was an english speaker, during summer, checking into a Hotel in Bobigny, a mostly residential inner city surburb. The staff was helpful and patient. Checking in was easy. the keys were pre-readied on a card with my name on it. The hotel has a coded gate so some security. My room was decent size and though it wasnt a regular wardrobe, it did the job of keeping my clothes and items. the bed and pillow were very comfortable. the bathroom and shower were big enough. The air conditioner was working and the TV was big enough. the metro station is 8 minutes away by foot and there is also a tram station. there is a pharmacy near the metro station. Staff were friendly and understood basic english. The cleaners were also respectful. The metro is M5 and is on the same line as Gare Nord.

I appreciate that you complimentary breakfast but there wasn’t enough for the number of people waiting to eat. Also if you serve dinner until 9:30 pm at 9 pm the chef should still be available to cook dinner and not close early. Lastly with the 3 meals available it’s hard to know which one is available to order from.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. We couldn’t get the room cooler though without keeping the front door open.

Actually this is my first time to stay in this hotel at Paris, the welcome was very good from Yassien, he was very helpful and very nice person, and Sati as well, she is very kind person and answered all my questions in proficiency, totally difference then Rania unfortunately, by the end my best to regards Maria, the sweetest lady that I met.

It wasn't a great value for money even though they offered a good breakfast. It was more expensive than the hotels in the area but our experience didn't reflect that. Interior decoration is subject to individual taste but we found it to be too industrial and cold. We could look past lack of an actual closet replaced by a shelf with metal pipe. However a corrugated sheet as a headboard for bed is a bridge too far. The location itself isn't that great and it's likely that you will get lost as you are trying to reach by car since google maps will take you to a backstreet. I can only recommend this hotel if you have to be in this area (due to work).

The hotel was clean and staff were welcoming. I definitely appreciated the gated private parking which is also free. There was public transport connection available in a short walking distance. Breakfast was also pretty good. The rooms were spacious enough, bathroom/toilet was clean.

The location is not good... my local friends told me it is an unsafe neighborhood. There are few restaurants and shops in the area between the Metro station and the hotel, and the streets are empty. I always walked around with my husband, so I did not feel unsafe. However, I believe this situation will soon change as a mixed neighborhood with shops, and new housing is being built in front of the Metro station.

A very friendly staff is available, and the facilities are clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from.
