The room and breakfast were value for money. Parking was immediately outside the bedroom, so that was useful as it was raining.

The welcome from the manager was Fawlteyesk, we were an hour early and he made sure we knew, made us wait. In the car in the rain. A long way out of Saintes.

Travel was delayed, so my arrival was outside check-in time. Contacted premises by phone and they were very obliging and accommodating.

Bedside lighting was too close to heads, and two of us banged our heads on this. Air con unit wasn't working so I switched this off and left it then switched back in and worked fine. Well used blind which was broken in that the blind wasn't able to fully block the light. No bin other than sanitary use in the bathroom. Location of usb socket best located by beds for alarm call and overnight charging

Comfy beds, clean and small yet perfectly formed for short to medium stays. Little bedside light and shelf. Tv with remote and multiple channels. Bed and linen clean and welcoming. Our room looked fresh with zingy lime accents and a funky chair for the dresser in front of the mirror where an electric and usb socket was located. Staff were helpful and friendly from the reception through to the smiling cleaning lady that suggested where we could get lunch! Merci becoup! 😊👌🏼

breakfast started a little late for us, travelling on, we needed to leave earlier than the 8 oc breakfast allowed. But what was on offer, looked very good

Room was clean and as spacious as necessary for an overnight stopover on to Spain and ideal from the shuttle train. It was a beautiful evening and the only thing i would suggest is that the hotel had lovely green areas around the rooms so it would have been nice to have had a table and chairs or at least benches to sit outside, rather than in our room.

Practically nothing gluten free for breakfast despite requesting it. Apples were the only fruit! We had a ground floor room and could hear people going up and downstairs at all hours,. The room was also like a boat cabin!!! Not super convenient that the reception closes at 8 pm.

The location was conveniently near the motorway. It was clean and we could park right outside our room.

The drum school next door! They finished at 11pm but no chance of sleep before that. The work area "desk" was awkward to use. Some might call it a shelf as there was room for a laptop and nothing else. The shower cubicle was built for small people also and I struggled a bit

A typical Kyriad property and therefore kept to the corporate standard. Exceptionally clean and decent size towels not made from sandpaper! Buffet breakfast and ample parking. This is a good hotel for an overnight rest stop - close to the motorway. I don't think I would want more than one night though. Good Asian buffet restaurant just down the road for dinner.

Easy simple location to get to, ideal for staying over for one night if you were doing a long journey. The room was basic, small but adequate for the one night I stayed.
