We were told breakfast was served until 11am, but on going down at 10am, they were clearing away. But they got everything back out and even went and bought another baguette for us.

The room was very quiet despite giving onto the road. We were surprised to have a jacuzzi in the bathroom. sheets and towels were changed daily.

The curtains were sprayed with some refreshing chemicals and that could be very disturbing especially for allergic person

Very recommended! 7th floor is very quite, seems like windows are soundproof. Bed is very comfortable and the duvet is big thick and soft. Heating radiator was not working but with ac heating mode it was absolutely fine (anyway housemasters we’re really trying to repair it every day). Same with elevator but I saw they we’re trying to repair it whole the day. Simple but good quality breakfast and coffee. Big plus that coffee/tea/water/croissants are available 24h. Finally, the staff were very very nice and helpful!

The only shelf in the bathroom was slanted so severely you could not use it as everything rolled off of it. Mattress dipped as I slept. Maybe needs rotated or flipped.

The shower was a problem, with dirt under the shower seal and broken tiles. The water didn't go down quickly and the entire bathroom floor was flooded, requiring three towels to dry it up every day. The hand towel rail under the sink was loose, and the hand towel fell to the floor. The shaving mirror was loose and had to be propped up to be kept out of the way. Just make sure your room is not on the 6th floor and you'll be fine! My friend on the 4th floor had a much better experience with her bathroom.

Location is excellent - close to many good restaurants, public transport and Le Marais, which I very much wanted to visit. The staff are polite and very helpful. The bedroom was very clean and the bed and duvet extremely comfortable. They gave me a discount when I complained about the size of the room (my friend paid the same for a much larger room on the 4th floor - mine was under the roof on the 6th). The shower was an issue, but apparently the bathroom will be refurbished in March.

Mould in room. Bathroom especially shower needed attention. Lift was not working for most of our stay.

Location was great. Metro around the corner. Could walk to Louvre and other attractions. Room for 3 people was big. Beds comfy.

The shower had a lot of mould which wasn’t great. The AC didn’t work either so it got very hot at nights.

Location and staff were great. We were in room 40 and sadly the key was like trying to open a safe. Turn right then left then pull then push!! The room was very warm and we were next to the riser so couldn’t open the window and the AC didn’t work. Facilities were good but the room was small. However a good option for location and the staff were super helpful and pleasant.

Nothing really. It is pretty basic in terms of what you get, nothing remotely fancy. It was all very clean but if you look in the corners, the place is showing its age.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. This is probably the biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in in Paris. We had a triple, had a good size double bed, plus a single, a sofa, loads of floor space, a massive bathroom with a corner bath and a separate shower. The beds were very comfortable and it was all very clean. We didn't have the breakfast as we prefer to explore and find cafes. Plenty of eating options in the area and a couple of minutes walk from the nearest metro.

The pictures of the rooms are bit old compared to reality. Sauna is not working, there was no cooler in the room although it is written in their description.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is good and very close to Louvre and other sightseeing places in Paris. Breakfast is good!

The air-conditioning had noises all over the night, so I couldn’t sleep well. And the water didn’t descend in the bath, but dregs and other people’s hairs came out afterwards, which was disgusting

The location is good, and the price is reasonable for Paris. It is very basic, but thats ok if you would just like a base and if you dont plan to be in your room much. It was clean, the bed was good and a decent standard overall.

Internet connection: I couldn’t get connected to the Wi-Fi in my room and also the reception for my mobile data was very unstable as well. So I wasn’t connected most of the time in the room. Tho, the staff helps to escalate it to the team, I was already check out by then

She gave me a lot of nice tips on the places to visit in Paris Flexibility to hold the luggage after check out - I find it really really helpful as there is no way I can explore Paris on my last day carrying around my big luggage Location- close to the Louvre, metro and bus stations. Makes the commuting much easier

The pillows were so hard, like rocks covered with a bit of cotton. They have to go. The bed was super comfy.

It was a good location for seeing another side of Paris. I felt safe. It was a good walk to Montparnasse, great restaurants in the 8th. I walked to the 15, 7, If you’re a walker you can explore many things from here.
