There is no elevator so be ready to carry suitcases upstairs. Administrator could not speak English so we had to guess what they wanted to say to us;)

The hotel is cozy but very nice and tidy. Perfect location for those who plans to visit Versailles- 400 m by feet. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around for lunch or dinner, supermarket 300 m away to buy water of other stuff. Very comfortable beds and good bathroom stuff were appreciated enough. I recommend to have a breakfast in the hotel as it is Continental and made with love.

You can hear people easily trough the walls tho, so not really soundproof (but only if they’re really loud, first night we heard someone having intercourse :/ that was really awkward)

The place there it’s at is actually very beautiful, at first i was skeptical but it was worth booking it here. You have couple shops nearby to buy food. Our towels were getting changed everyday also. Hotel room was clean and the girls at the reception were very nice too. It was a good choice for booking this hotel last minute, i wouldn’t stay here more than 4 days.

The room was small with limited space for luggage, but we stayed only for one night so it was not a big issue. The bathroom was a little outdated.

The hotel is in easy walking distance from the Versailles palace, and there are many restaurants in the streets nearby. The room was clean, bed comfortable, towels and toiletries provided. At the reception there was even lemonade and some croissants available. Staff was nice and helpful.

The desk was a bit sticky and could have used with some extra cleaning, but other than this the room was very clean.

Everything needed for a comfortable stay was there. Not to mention the very good location and very helpful staff. Very good size room and comfortable bed.

There was no parking, but we knew that when we booked. We tried to find on-street parking without success, but the hotel staff were very helpful suggesting where we could park. We parked overnight on the Palace car park which is massive and only a five minute walk away

The whole place was spotless, the staff were welcoming and the facilities good. The small garden at the back was great. The location for the Palace of Versailles is perfect, also the next street is packed with restaurants and bars

The lack of a lift. While there is someone to help you with your luggage, PRMs may find it challenging going up the stairs. There is also no air condition, which is a challenge on a hot day.

Its location, being a short walk to the Palace of Versailles and surrounded by a good choice of eateries and convenience shops. It is also great value for money. Lastly, we like the nice touch of free lemon-scented water and mini croissant at the reception area. The former was really welcomed on this hot day in Versailles.9

Nothing really, typical quirky french hotel, a little tired in places but that adds to the charm and far more ambiance than the 'new' style budget chain hotels. I'd stay here any time.

The beds were very hard and not comfortable. There was an odd step in front of the door about 3 inches high which I tripped over a couple of times. Very odd. Staff was awesome and very friendly and the breakfast was very very good. The star of this hotel is its location. You can’t beat that if you’re going to Versailles. We made #6 in the line and were able to take pictures inside even without people at the shots except us. Will use it again if we ever comes back.

Right next door to the palace basically. The staff were super helpful, as I was having trouble finding someone to understand English and sort out my rental cars details. The girl on reception did it all,with a smile

The room was a little small, but that's to be expected with the price.

The room was nice, the bathroom was clean and the shower had great water pressure and temperature. The best thing about this hotel by far is the staff- the receptionist I dealt with was very well tempered, polite and helpful, answering any questions I had. She allowed me to leave my bag behind the desk at reception after checkout whilst I explored Versailles. The person I was travelling with went home unexpectedly which left me in a tricky position and she let me sit in the hotel dining area until I was able to meet up with another friend who was flying in, which was very kind. The staff definitely were the kind of people to go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable.
