Lift out of order for the duration of our stay and no help with heavy cases up or down narrow winding stairs. Shower was handheld over the bath and awkward to use

Location was good, central and close to old port. Staff were friendly and helped get taxi when required.

We were up on the fourth floor, lift was not usable (out of order) and stairs was quite dangerous, I lost my footing a few times. No fire plan to be seen so that worried me a lot. We paid for 4 nights but checked out after 1 night (no refund) . Just could not stay there. Rooms were the tiniest ever. Beds and pillows most uncomfortable.

Location was good. The guy who checked us in was nice. Came to try to fix the TV and when he couldn’t he moved us to the next room. Also brought a kettle to the room as there wasn’t any in either of the rooms we were in.

Very limited space to move around. Two people wouldn't work. Not enough shelving in minute wardrobe to store clothes. Handheld shower - a pain. Deep pillows very hard.

Very pleasant, helpful staff. Very close to the lovely harbour where all the action is.

Whilst the room was clean and tidy it was small and basic. It was over priced but we had little choice as the prices of all hotels had been hiked up due to the rugby.

Good location for the old Port with plenty of bars and restaurants. Very close to the metro .

The bedroom was smaller than I was expecting. The bed was slightly hard for me but for others would be ok I guess. The breakfast was disappointing with no fresh bread only dried biscot type.

Good location in the old port area of Marseille. The bathroom was large and clean and had a bath/shower and decent sized mirror.

The toilet in room 33 was placed in a very narrow place and impossible to use for a normal sized adult. I had to use the toilet in the lobby.

The carpet in the hotel looks like it’s 100 years old and never been cleaned. The lift never worked. The rooms are very warm and okay clean.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is good and the price was okay. You get what you pay for I guess.

The staff was excellent, the little tiny girl at the front desk dragged our bags up and was so sweet and helpful even though we arrived exhausted and angry . The location can’t be beat.

Lift didn’t always work. TV had to be unplugged as it wouldn’t switch off. Otherwise fine.

The rooms are narrow, the walls are very thin. The noise of both the next room and the outside comes directly into the room. The stairs are a little steep. The building is a bit old. Despite all this, it is never a bad hotel. If I come to Marseille again, I will stay here again without hesitation.

excellent location. in the city center. a few steps from the marina. smiling and friendly staff. Hot water in the bathroom is good. The cleanliness of the room was good. There are entertainment and gastronomy venues such as bars, cafes, discos on the right and left of the hotel.

Excellent location, the best in town, close to everything, restaurants, bus stations, subway, bakeries, supermarket, drugstores, pubs, night clubs. The cost benefit ration staying in this hotel is extremally high.

the whole hotel was terrible! all dirty and unsanitary. there a bugs in the room and the shower. there is no duvet in middle of January. we got freeze till morning and we’re sick now. I suggested to all to find another clean hotel.

There was a power cut when I arrived, after three hours wait l insisted on being given a room, after 6 hours power was restored. No refund, no action, the lady on reception simply stared out of the window. Room was not very clean. While it wasn't the hotels fault, I lost one of my two nights there, no apology. Room was tiny and hot, lots of street noise. Filthy windows. Customer service lacking, when I asked for a price reduction the lady asked why!
