Breakfast was OK. There was a variety to choose from but pastries didn't taste bakery fresh! The bed mattress were hard, so a bit uncomfortable after a day's walking around paris.

The location was excellent. Bathroom was really clean as was the room. Nice quiet street outside, really lovely area to stay. Staff were friendly and kept our bags on arrival and departure days which was very helpful.

There were a few hot days, and the a/c didn't work. The staff said that how it is in all of France (6 months that the a/c doesn't work) - sounds weird. the main problem was that in the booking.com page it says explicitly that there is a/c, so it was disappointing.

The staff were amazing. The location is the best in Paris, very safe, a lot of bars, cafes and restaurants.

The rooms at night got quite hot as the only option for aircon/heating was heating. After speaking to reception they mentioned the hotel is set to heating for 6 months of the year and cooling for the other 6 months. No option to chop and change and as it was high 20's this meant we needed to sleep with all doors open so we had air.

We loved loved the location! Stayed in an amazing area. Streets could be loud at night but we expected that as we are in a busy, lively neighbourhood so it didn't bother us. Super clean, comfortable rooms. Spacious for Paris and the staff were super friendly!

We had small issues with room cleaning but everything solved after the first night. Room was quite small but so are the most rooms in Paris..

Excellent location. Short walk to bus stops. Plenty of good shops and restaurants nearby. Very near the Enfants Rouge market. On a Quiet side street.

Front desk helpful and attentive. Nice room but only for a couple. We added our child in the last minute and luckily there was a room to fit 3 however, if you are 3 in a room this should not be the hotel of your choice - was too small. Apart of that its a good 3 star hotel in a stylish neighborhood of Le Marais.

There were different reception staff every day. Our last night was disturbed by a noisy visitor to the room next door which may have been because of different reception staff every day. Shower leaked over the floor every time you used it.

The location of the hotel was great and the room was very comfortable. Staff were always helpful and the breakfast was lovely and staff at breakfast were really nice. The area was quiet and generally we had a relaxing stay. Room facilities were good including tea and coffee making.

I wish I could’ve controlled the air better, it said it was 68°F but it was not. I asked her fan iand the hotel did provide that which helped a lot.

The room was very comfy. It’s small, it’s Europe but we were able to separate the twin beds, so we weren’t sleeping on top of each other. Housekeeping made up the beds every day and I thought they were pretty comfortable.

There is only one elevator for 4 person

Unfortunatelly the elevator was not working so we had to use the stairs - five floors . It is quite incredible how for the entire duration of our stay , 4 days , they did not repair the elevator.

The room is quite spacios for a Parisian hotel :) with very comfortable bed and a quiet location but near plenty of restaurants and boulangeries . Very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. Easy acces to the Metro and waliking distance to various musees.

Rooms/bathroom were small as can be expected, a little noisy in sense you can hear it when people walk/talk by room. Rooms have everything you need but nothing will blow you away.

Good location for Le Marais, nice to have a common area in lobby. Front desk staff were very helpful. I had to get a taxi in am with ski stuff and they arranged for one, called to make sure i was up, and helped put in car.

No negative impressions!

Hotel owner/manager Anyl could not have been more helpful when we arrived, helping us with our bags from the taxi and offering us complimentary drinks while we waited to go up to our rooms. Very welcome on a hot Paris day! The hotel itself is in a great location, with plenty of iconic Parisian cafes and restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and easy access to transport to the must-see sights of Paris. We missed Anyl on checking out and were touched to receive a message from him wishing us well on our onward travels.
