There is no lift, that was due. For us but the stairs are steep and therefore might not be suitable for all guests, especially with lots of luggage.

The property was in a great location, just 5min walk from the Seine, we had a corner room that was fantastic, and all fixture and fittings were excellent. We have already rebooked for Xmas that’s how good the place is!

The room clean and nice. the location is great, walkable distance to the Louvre Museum, Notre Dame, has metro nearby. And the stuffs are extremely nice and helpful! Because the hotel doesn’t have elevator, they helped to carry our luggages during checkin and checkout. What truly stood out was their exceptional service: when I accidentally left my travel documents behind, they helped me find the documents and delivered it to me in Madrid in just one day!! That’s is amazing!

Nothing really. I guess a lift would have been good but you make the most of it as there isn’t. A bar or restaurant would have been nice to have breakfast but plenty of others around.

The bed was very comfy. The shower was excellent. The location was great. Lots of bars & Restaurant’s and a little local shop for little bits.

For those with mobility issues, the steep stairs could be an issue. However, everything for us was spot on.

It was well positioned for walking around the city. Not far from Seine, Notre Dame & the louvre. Day time staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was of an excellent standard. Comfortable bed & great shower.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough, excellent location and very high end rooms for the price. The rooms are much larger than the average Paris hotel. Staff on call 24hrs a day. Mini bar extremely cheap. The hotel offer a private transfer which we have used on many occasions and is spot on….cheaper than getting a taxi from the airport.

The location could not have been better- literally. We walked easily everywhere. Plus it was safe and TONS of cafes, shops and entertainment just outside but quiet at night. Staff super friendly and responsive. Hotel is absolutely beautiful.

We liked everything!

This is the best hotel room we’ve ever stayed in! The room was unique, at the top of a church presbytery, well divided for a family of four, with wooden posts and a claw foot tub. I highly recommend the family room! The staff was fantastic, always greeting us in a friendly manner and taking or returning our room key at various times of the day. The breakfast is completely worth getting every morning. It’s delicious and delivered right to your room. The location was close to Ile de Cite, Louvre, and Seine. The spiral staircase up the rooms adds charm.

Such a wonderful location with easy access to everything: the metro, Marais neighbourhood, the Seine, etc. The staff were phenomenal and made me feel so comfortable. The rooms are so unique and I felt like a local while I stayed there.

4th floor walk-up, but I knew that going in and it was fine for us to climb the narrow spiral stairs -- be very careful with suitcases.

I had the cheapest room on the 4th floor -- but it was much larger than I imagined; so too was that bathroom. New double-glazed nearly silent windows; beamed ceiling. In-room Nespresso machine with lots of pods. Quiet! But literally at the edge of crowded, hopping Le Marais pedestrian streets. 2 blocks from Pompedieu; 2 Metro stops within 5 minutes. 10-minute walk from RER-B train to/from CDG airport.

The room was a bit of a squeeze but very cute nevertheless. It was not really a negative for us as were fit and don’t mind walking up the stairs at all - but I should mention that there are no elevators in the building so to take the staircase is the only way to go…I can imagine that for other people this might be a problem.

Great location right by the Marais area. Many nice cafes, restaurants and shops around. Really easy to get around by foot from the location. The room was clean and cutely furnished with a French vibe. The staff was very friendly and kind. We had breakfast in the room one morning, the breakfast was tasty and just the right size. We will definitely return again.
