Having stayed in Paris many times, the location is truly terrific within walking distance of all key attractions and shopping sites. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. Miguel and team were exceptional throughout our stay - going above and beyond to answer any question and/or request. One I will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Being an older building, it’s understandable that there may not be an elevator. The character makes up for this deficiency.

The entire hotel staff were absolutely wonderful to deal with. A lack of an elevator made hauling the suitcases up 3 flights of the narrow spiral staircase potentially daunting but the helpful receptionist took care of it himself. The restaurant recommendations were spot on as well.

Had to call front desk to enter, but it was not an issue as there was always someone in the front desk.

The decor and charm, the staff was so kind and helpfully, the fact that they have 24 hour front desk staff. They store your luggage. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Great location, nice places to eat and drink and very close to important attractions.

Very good service feels almost like a family owned hotel in Switzerland, room very clean with very good bed and bath room and also modern TV equipment, also very calm given the special old building (looks to belong to the old church), but in the middle of all action very close to RER to Airport and around the corner of Centre Pompidou. Perfect location for walking around in Paris best areas! We will come back

There is no lift, that was due. For us but the stairs are steep and therefore might not be suitable for all guests, especially with lots of luggage.

The property was in a great location, just 5min walk from the Seine, we had a corner room that was fantastic, and all fixture and fittings were excellent. We have already rebooked for Xmas that’s how good the place is!

The room clean and nice. the location is great, walkable distance to the Louvre Museum, Notre Dame, has metro nearby. And the stuffs are extremely nice and helpful! Because the hotel doesn’t have elevator, they helped to carry our luggages during checkin and checkout. What truly stood out was their exceptional service: when I accidentally left my travel documents behind, they helped me find the documents and delivered it to me in Madrid in just one day!! That’s is amazing!

Nothing really. I guess a lift would have been good but you make the most of it as there isn’t. A bar or restaurant would have been nice to have breakfast but plenty of others around.

The bed was very comfy. The shower was excellent. The location was great. Lots of bars & Restaurant’s and a little local shop for little bits.

For those with mobility issues, the steep stairs could be an issue. However, everything for us was spot on.

It was well positioned for walking around the city. Not far from Seine, Notre Dame & the louvre. Day time staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was of an excellent standard. Comfortable bed & great shower.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough, excellent location and very high end rooms for the price. The rooms are much larger than the average Paris hotel. Staff on call 24hrs a day. Mini bar extremely cheap. The hotel offer a private transfer which we have used on many occasions and is spot on….cheaper than getting a taxi from the airport.

The location could not have been better- literally. We walked easily everywhere. Plus it was safe and TONS of cafes, shops and entertainment just outside but quiet at night. Staff super friendly and responsive. Hotel is absolutely beautiful.
