We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe breakfast had no hot food, although you could boil your eggs how u want them.
The rooms were comfortable and clean although the shower was hot there wasnt alot of pressure, breakfast was fresh and decent. Love the fact you can boil your own eggs. Check in and out was easy. We opted for this hotel as in had parking but be noted the parking costs !0 Euros extra and the spaces in the secured car park are very tight if you have a SUV like us.

NetherlandsThe room is small and difficult to move inside. At the breakfast, despite the variety and quantity of food, it turns into quite a battle due to being overcrowded in a small space.
Great location to walk towards the city centre. The room was clean and comfortable enough. The breakfast was varied and there were enough options to satisfy. The paid parking solution is very handy, considering the location, even though it might be difficult to maneuver in the garage.

Croatiawe wish the rooms had a small fridge, also the room was generally missing shelves or something like that to store things. the bathroom was underwhelming - no electrical outlets, not enough hangers… Breakfast is missing fresh options (vegetables and fruit), also no cereal. But still it was fine and enjoyable! overall would say its a bit expensive for what it is.
IBIS hotel is located perfecty for discovering Lyon by feet. Also its really close to Henon metro station and its still not quite noisy. the neighbourhood was calm. there’s an artisan bakery and a small shop directly to the hotel. also, the staff is super nice!

ItalyReception closes in the evening but you got a door code to enter, so it's a problem only if you need a late check in. The room has only a very small table with 1 chair, not enough for the needs of 2 people, no night tables (if you wear glasses like me, you don't know where to put them when you go sleeping), no boiler to make hot beverages like in most of other hotel, poor illumination of the room.
Very kind and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and soft pillows. Functional bathroom with glass shower (no risk of flooding the bathroom). Very good breakfast with freshly baked croissant, pain au chocolat and baguettes. Overall clean. Near a metro station.
