The hotel was very clean and our room was cleaned every day the location was great walking distance to busy areas the staff are very helpful and friendly breakfast had a good variety for a small hotel

I would prefer a glass cups for coffee instead of paper.

We had a nice room, with a big bathroom and a nice fire-place, very charming atmosphere. There was an Nespresso coffeemashine and a fridge.

Work being done on hotel at time of stay. However, this in no way impacted my stay. Help was given with luggage, and work was done during the day when most guests are out exploring!

Perfect location - beautiful, safe area, with lots of places of interest within walking distance. Also 5 mins away from metro station giving easy access to all areas of Paris. Comfortable, well-equipped room. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was small but normal for Paris with this price, facility was okay they were not all provided but if need you just need to ask for it. Location is okay but during our stay there's a construction and rainning so it's a bit difficult to walk. Anyway it's a nice 5 days in the hotel. I like to new renovate bathroom.

The first superior room that was allocated (404) didn't meet our expectations (too small for a superior room, probably as the larger bathroom counted towards the m2s) but this was resolved the next day.

Comfortable hotel, nice room and good bed. Room was clean. Good customer service and willingness to resolve issues or follow up on requests. Good restaurant recommendations. Our Nespresso machine didn't work - staff came out straight away to replace it with a different Nespresso machine. Requests for more pods was no issue. The complimentary croissants in the lobby is a nice gesture from the hotel.

The rooms were on the small side and quite compact.

It was very central. The rooms were very lovely decorated with the panelling and balcony. It was a nice touch with the fresh pastries and tea/coffee in the lobby all day.

The view was not as advertised which was disappointing and there was no balconies - we felt was mislead A bit.

Arrival was straightforward, was located on the upper floor which did not have a lift, the lift stopped the floor below so not too bad. Just awkward with luggage. The staff was amazing and super helpful. Great location to everything, quite centrally to get to tourist attractions and transport links.

Rooms are on the smaller end but this is completely normal for Paris!

The bed was very comfortable and the room had all of the essential amenities. The hotel location was also great, located a short walk to a few different metro stations.
