the mattress and bedding in general not comfortable, they should make an upgrade . breakfast a bit expensive for what it is, next time it’s better to take breakfast in any of the terrasse café /bistrot on the Vieux Port .

You can't drive up to the front of the hotel, so it is a bit of a challenge taking cases across the traffic to get there. The door key was finicky and I needed to try it several times for it to work. I paid a little extra for the view which was okay but in order to see the water, I really needed to go out on the little balcony and look to the right.

The hotel was very central and in an old building that was very well renovated. The room itself was simple and clean with a good comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Corridors and stairway, and entrance a bit tired and worn.

Twin room was spacious, nicely decorated, and nice side view over the harbour. Location was fantastic, right at the harbour. We did not have breakfast, but great coffee and pastries frombakery visible from the room.

No electricity outlets next to the bed.

The location is as good as it gets in the centre of town down at the old harbour. The buffet breakfast is surprisingly good for being in France. The staff was nice and accommodating.

The hotel is maybe a bit pricey, and the breakfast could be a little bit more elaborate (although, breakfast is not expensive, so nothing to complain about either). We had a great stay and would definitely recommend everyone to stay here when in Marseille.

Very nice room with very comfortable beds. The room was sparkling clean and was cleaned every day. Towels were replaced by simply putting them in the bathtub. The bathroom is amazing with a large mirror and Rituals soaps. We had a room with a balcony and sight on the main street which I found to be an advantage, as there are a lot of people on the street in the evening which adds to the holiday feeling. Breakfast was good, but not exceptional. Check in-out procedure was very convenient, nice staff too.

Unfortunately, the internet didnt work and the elevator was broken down - which was really disappointing bearing in mind our heavy luggages.

WiFi was not working. And they told us it was since 2 weeks! Unacceptable.

Great location, right at the Old Port and yet once you close the windows it's not noisy anymore. Clean. Lady at the breakfast room was super kind and helpful. Breakfast is OK but as always in hotel chains it's repetitive.

No parking spot, peatonal área, means, you have to walk from the different public parkings available around, with a huge price’s difference, check before with the hotel

Loved being right in the port where there was always something happening. We found it was easy to walk to attractions, restaurants and the metro and bus stop were a few steps away. The room was a good size and was clean. Very happy with our choice.

On-line the pictures gave the impression that this is a large grand hotel with a reception and restaurant etc. On arrival, it was apparent that it was only a part of a once grand building. The entrance to the hotel felt like a back-door for delivering goods. The reception area felt like a small concierge for a low-quality block of flats, not a hotel. The interior walls of the hotel (including the rooms) feel industrial / commercial (pebble-dash). Everything is beige and ugly - almost like a military building or a police station. The breakfast room / restaurant was basic and looked temporary (we were not attracted to eating there). Generally we felt that on the website, it looked like a quality hotel, but in reality it was well located but very basic. I would have expected to pay only around half the price we paid, for a hotel of this standard.

The staff on the front desk were generally helpful and polite. The location of the hotel was lovely - right by the Vieux Port.

Nothing! It was wonderful

Absolutely perfect location in the port area of Marseille! We woke up to church bells ringing and had a stunning view of the waterfront. Walkable to everything and a mere 20 mins from the airport and only like 15mins to the cruise port. Delicious breakfast, HUGE room and they even had cookies and waters for us in the room. Will absolutely be back!

Two weeks after my stay, and having payed the bill in full on departure, the hotel still has over €350 blocked on my credit card. Despite numerous attempts to contact them they have taken no action to resolve the issue.
