We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Unique location, right on the Santa Giulia beach. Comfortable spacious room. Very nice breakfast buffet. Friendly and professional personnel. Overall it was a very nice and relaxing stay, but for a 4 star hotel they would not be getting such great reviews if it wasn't for the location; that plays a big role on the pricing and on the experience.

RomaniaThe price/benefits is totaly wrong. The restaurants hours are absolutely not ok.. the lunch is served from 12h00-13h00 and the dinner from 19h00 till 20h30. Considerating that is a 4 star hotel you cannot have only 1hour and a half for the meals because there are no other options there because the stores and the other restaurants are far and also rhere is nothing in the mini-bar apart from water. I want to precise that also the bar is closed when the restaurant is closed. I travelled a lot but i never experienced something like that. I would definitely not recommend this hotel due to the overprice and the meals.
The hotel is situated right on the beach which is very nice, there are also beds for free on the beach destinated for the guests. The rooms are big, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Also the fact that we had a big balcony was nice. The fact that the hotel is on the beach is a good point but you have to take into consideration that tou need a car because is far from stores or restaurants.( you have to know what is more important for you ) The breakfast was good but there is no variation and is disturbing when you stay one week.

Romania- staff is horrible, so unfriendly and never willing to help with anything. I mentioned I’ve been here before, but I don’t remember it was like this then - the hotel doesn’t have a pool but the sea is amazing, with low and clear water - the room was cleaned daily, but every day we found sand left on the floor from the previous day and garbage bins were never left clean - even though there were alsays 2-3 people at the beach shop, they never came to serve you, you always had to go by yourself. Also, anything that you bought at their bar you couldn’t take to the beach, because they don’t have beach glasses
We’ve been here 7 years ago, so we already knew the hotel and location. Santa Giulia beach is the best there is in Corsica and having private sunbeds on this beach is already a plus. Room is big, with a lot of storage, not a lot of sunlight gets it though.

Switzerland- On arrival, we were not explained about all the hotel facilities and had to figure it out ourselves. Would have been nice to get to know about all the possibilities, especially the hotel-owned beach club upon arrival. - electric charging was a mess as no fast charging is offered. This especially is an issue as most of the rental cars on the island are electric. - the beach got very packed during the afternoon. - no service from the staff at the beach.
