Some things in the room are very modern, but why is then the toilet seat positioned completely out of place? Also, the minibar turned on relatively often, which should not be needed. This might be more noticeable due to the quietness inside the rooms.

Clean and relatively modern hotel and rooms. The rooms were quiet, despite being next to the Périphérique. Right next to Porte de Versailles (very convenient if you have a show there), but also close to the entrance of the metro station. The hotel has a parking facility, should you arrive by car.

It was all good.

The staff are excellent. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. I would especially like to thank Maud who helped me find the correct plug for my appliances. The staff at breakfast and in The Patio were really professional. The location is ideal for the Expo Center, metro and trams.

Spa is over looked by restaurant at weekends due to overlap of times. Perhaps avoid between 10:30-11am at weekends.

Well presented hotel with great bar on site. Breakfast was a fantastic spread with more than what you need. Spa looked lovely but unfortunately we didn’t have time. Rooms are adequate space for 2. Useful separated toilet and shower. All very clean, modern and welcoming. Close to metro for easy access to the whole city. Staff were excellent from check in right through to check out. Highly recommend.

Was a little over priced for the location as it was a 20 minute travel by car to get to the tourist attractions also didn’t like the deposit taken on arrival which was a shock although it was returned fairly quickly

The surprise 200€ hold they put on your card when you check in. You get it back, but it was still a surprise when I found out in addition to having already paid for my stay.

The shower in room 137 overflooded when showering. Hence we had to always dry the very wet floor with the towels However our sons room's bathroom in room 135 was very okay

We loved the swimming pool and the steam bath. The rooms are also very clean. There is a coffee machine in the room which is a plus. They were cleaned every day with new supplies. We booked two rooms with our two boys staying next door The lady at the reception was lovely and helpful The location is great. The metro is just a 5 minutes walk away. Supermarkets and restaurants are just around the corner

Air con didnt work. Nespresso machine in room didnt work. Breakfast is pricey at €22.

A fabulous hotel to stay in when you have a few days in Paris, a bit far out for very short stays but for stays of 3+ days I would highly recommend especially for families. The pool is an amazing extra facility to have at the end of a weary day sight-seeing. It opens till 11pm. Rooms are also a great size with huge shower. The outdoor garden arrea is beautiful too and plenty in area as regards food & drink. Metro very short walk away.

Alcohol was expensive in bar. Only 1 pillow not enough in bed.
