How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Especially location which is loney industrial area..once I reached that location by bus I felt that I was made a mistake to booked this hotel..but Staff and comfort are good and if you are coming by tram on other side where more residential area..so you don't feel alone..restaurants are there..

The shower was clogged and it did flood a bit Also the extra 4 euros fee for arriving after 12am that was not in the description and also..it was a bit tricky to find as we spend 40 min trying to reach the destination

Gaining access is much more complicated than it needs to be outside regular hours.
It was ok. Quite close to Orly airport but in the middle of nowhere in an industrial park. Not staffed after 11pm so don't arrive looking for food.

On the first day there was a immatured person worked at the breakfast buffet. But the second day there was a good guy.

The biggest disappointment was poor infrastructure around (e.g. no grocery even basic, just vending machines) and rather long commute from the city center. Wifi signal was like 20-30 percent with some disconnections, that should be improved.
Welcoming and helpful staff who kindly organized airport transfer. Clean, comfortable enough room for a short term stay. Great value for money also.

Check in was confusing, there was no one and it was through a screen The location is odd because it’s near the airport but not close enough in my opinion A bit expensive :/

The porter take are personal towel it was hanged in the wc We did not expect that they will make a room service we hang do not disturb sign outside door but it isn’t a big problem so we never complained we definitely comeback agen in are next trip in Paris

Clean room , 30 minutes from the airport by tram and approx 40 from the city centre of Paris using public transportation. Excellent choice and helpful staff! Thank you guys for making our stay safe and easy .

Walls so thin when next door room was watching TV and talking we could hear it all and the numerous times they shut room door our bedroom wall shook

Great Location. 10 mins walk to nearest Tram station and 5 mins walk to bus station. Can reach Orly Airport in 30 mins using Tram. Hotel is very clean. They clean everyday. Wifi is good and breakfast is good. Hotel staff is friendly.

The view from top floor
Very friendly and helpful staff at the desk. Clean room and toilet. Free WiFi, snacks vending machine , close to airport, close to mall, close to public transport . Clean lifts and corridors, smell fresh, even kindly borrowed a plug adapter.

While there are some restaurants and stores in the vicinity, the options are limited. Also, despite the "B&B" label, breakfast is not included in the room rate. I was surprised to find an additional €10 charge for breakfast on my bill.
The hotel offers a prime location close to the airport, making it ideal for travelers with early flights or layovers. Additionally, the rooms were quiet and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

Distance from everything was rough. I’m handicapped and it made getting around expensive.
Clean, comfy room. Staff absolutely amazing! Brekkie was a little light, could use fresh bananas and whatnot. Would love more info on buses and trains to help navigate the city.

Automatic machine both Cut my 3euro for coca cola but i didn’t get my product ,after that i told manager regarding this problem he said to me i will get refund. .Its almost 7 days yet not they refund my money 😊
