We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesLoved the place! Amazing architecture from the medival times that has been preserved. The hotel is located in the heart of the old district, within a short walking distance to all historical landmarks. Quiet rooms with super comfortable beds. Every detail of the room's interior is thought through. Excellent breakfasts, very fresh and in French style. The staff is super friendly and service-oriented. My stay really exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
