NOTHING to dislike ! perhaps the bed was a tad too firm for my back)

the location (La Palud) is ideal to enjoy Les Gorges du Verdon area, and all outdoor activities that this region has to offer. The view over the mountain and gorges from the hotel is stunning. the restaurant is excellent and the wine choice is really good. we enjoyed it so much that we had diner at the restaurant every evening of our stay . why bother going somewhere else ? the staff at the hotel was both very friendly and very effective. We felt at home !

Massage wasn’t to our liking it was more of a relaxation massage but we should have asked when we booked it as we prefer a deeper sport type massage .

maybe it’s end Sept so weather was quite cold. outdoor seating is not suitable, unfortunately! I think our double room was their lowest tier as I realize that furniture is not as good as other rooms and we do not get small bottles of loccitane shower range. :-(

room was quite small but our bed face the mountain scenery, totally awesome! dinner was good, we ate within the property for both nights!

A good location if you are looking for a quiet place around nature, many hiking options. the village is a walk away where you can rent an electric bike. Dinners were excellent.

the view, the comfort, the value for money, the possible Golf, the proximity to the centre of mougins, which is a most beautiful and artistic village with great restaurants

typical french hospitality. dont expect smiles and a warm welcome.

The location and the hotel is really beautiful with great facilities and amenities. The breakfast was also very good with a wide variety especially for gluten free and for the children. we stayed for 2 nights but in the summer i would recommend 3 nights as there is plenty to do on the hotel property with the children.

Extremely poor ‘vibe’, unfriendly staff, (other than the aforementioned waiter), massively overpriced, poor menu selection, poor general service, broken switches in their ‘suite’, unkept grounds, a private terrace that is not private. I know many people rate this hotel highly, perhaps we were just unlucky, but this was one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed in for a long time. Our advice, save your money and find an alternative with better service.

Had high expectations based on all the excellent reviews, but were left totally disappointed. Highlights were the pool and the Mauritian waiter, who the other staff need to learn from - he was excellent, the rest not!

great rooms but for wardrobe space, especially when not travelling lightly, make sure to book the superior room ! this room was a life-saver at the end of our long travels

we felt like we stayed on top of the world! the location nr La Palud-sur-Verdon was unbeatable - beautiful, tranquil and so peaceful.

a little pricey, but you paid for a high standard of accommodation and service

great location, elevated position with spectacular views. hotel facilities excellent. breakfast and evening meal excellent, lots of choice. different areas to have drinks, breakfast and dinner. staff very pleasant and accommodating.

The location is excellent,, and the views of the village with it's chateau and environs is fantastic. The whole facility including room are modern and very nice. The staff was very friendly and professional.
