We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

the location (La Palud) is ideal to enjoy Les Gorges du Verdon area, and all outdoor activities that this region has to offer. The view over the mountain and gorges from the hotel is stunning. the restaurant is excellent and the wine choice is really good. we enjoyed it so much that we had diner at the restaurant every evening of our stay . why bother going somewhere else ? the staff at the hotel was both very friendly and very effective. We felt at home !

Singaporemaybe it’s end Sept so weather was quite cold. outdoor seating is not suitable, unfortunately! I think our double room was their lowest tier as I realize that furniture is not as good as other rooms and we do not get small bottles of loccitane shower range. :-(
room was quite small but our bed face the mountain scenery, totally awesome! dinner was good, we ate within the property for both nights!

The location and the hotel is really beautiful with great facilities and amenities. The breakfast was also very good with a wide variety especially for gluten free and for the children. we stayed for 2 nights but in the summer i would recommend 3 nights as there is plenty to do on the hotel property with the children.

United KingdomExtremely poor ‘vibe’, unfriendly staff, (other than the aforementioned waiter), massively overpriced, poor menu selection, poor general service, broken switches in their ‘suite’, unkept grounds, a private terrace that is not private. I know many people rate this hotel highly, perhaps we were just unlucky, but this was one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed in for a long time. Our advice, save your money and find an alternative with better service.
Had high expectations based on all the excellent reviews, but were left totally disappointed. Highlights were the pool and the Mauritian waiter, who the other staff need to learn from - he was excellent, the rest not!
