The staff on the day of arrival was warm and welcoming. She made us feel welcome. The rooms were ok and suitable. The lift kept breaking down so not so good impression. The location was adequate for all the activities we had planned. no need for taxi we could walk into most areas. Breakfast was basic English breakfast all cold dishes.

Really stylish hotel with super friendly staff. Excellent location for restaurants, metro, shops and the Eiffel Tower and hop on hop off bus. Excellent breakfast choice and comfortable lounge area.

Breakfast at the hotel was bit expensive, given that we will not eat all the food. It is of good quality anyways. But we preferred to have food outside from a nearby carrefour.

Very good staff, especially at the reception. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good location to take a walk. Eiffel tower is at walkable, distance and you can have many different varieties of eateries nearby.

The hotel was doing some arrangements and there was 1 day in which they started making construction noise like at 9 am and during all day. We were staying there during week days but also in vacation so some days we couldn't rest during the day.

The location is great and convenient. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Everything was ok Recommended

Everything was good, Staf was very Helpful and nice. Ask to see the Room before checking in, to Avoid any misunderstanding with the Staf, I want to change my Room and the Staf was super helpful without any complications. From my Experience with traveling, as long as the owner is running his own Business this means everything is Allright, so is the Staff very very Friendly with all people. I recommend this Hotel, But the Mangment need to reduce the prices from time to time mostly in Winter.

They have big bathrooms and the size of the room was also good for us. We were 3, had an extra bed, but, still the room was not cramped.

The owner and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The location is also great and several restaurants and bars are accessible within a few minutes walk and also perfect if you have to attend an event au Grand Palais Ephemere. The room was very spacious (especially for Paris) and the bathroom is great. The hotel is also very quiet at night.

Extremely minor things, like some tile cracks in the bathroom could be fixed, but nothing to be mentioned in reality.

Excellent staff! Clean to detail. Great decoration and the bathroom was excellent. Parisienne feeling, in a very classic street. Close to everything.

Nothing that we can find, but of course rude and inconsiderate tourist like us , which the hotel management does not have control of..be prepared and don’t blame the hotel..

Clean , courteous staff, close to metros and restaurants..reasonable price for peak seasons. Housekeepers are respectful .

The bedroom space

The proximity to Eiffel tower which was the main purpose of our visit was just fantastic. The bedroom was a bit crammed but that is of course expected off a property in the midst of Paris for this budget. The staff were very nice. Especially both the receptionists were exceptionally friendly and warm. I wish all receptionists were like them.

Our room was a little small and outside our room was an elementary school it’s not good if you want to sleep in or take a nap

We loved the location. Lots of cafes and restaurants near by and a grocery store so close. We felt safe. If you walk out the front door and turn left walk a few steps past the building great view of Eiffel Tower.
