We knew the room would be small, but could have more space to hold things like bags and coats. There was a noise from AC that was annoying. There was no ammenities. I asked for hair conditioner and they didn't have . It worth the price specially if you will just need the room to sleep.

The location is amazing. Close to the metro (line 6,10) lot of restaurants around and easy to go to the Eiffel Tower. The staff was friendly and helpful

Bed was too soft for my personal taste and if all beds are similar, anyone with back problems will suffer as well, it's not bad, it's just not ideal for your backbone. The biggest issue, however, was the noise. I believe the walls are really thin, as I could hear everything happening outside on the hall, on the adjacent rooms and the rooms above. Breakfast was also served right below my room and started quite early. If you end up with a room on the first floor, which was my case, the noise is even worse, even late at night, as you can hear everything happening in the reception and the guests were quite loud and disrespectful.

Great location, you can see the Eiffel tower from a close distance and it is only a few minutes walk there. It's also very close to two metro stations. Staff was really nice and welcoming, the room was very clean (although there were some stains on the carpet). Bathroom was really small and can be quite challenging to use if you are tall and large.

the room smelled awful and the room wasn’t noise proof. the cardboard cups for the tea in the room were very (very!) small. the shampoo or whatever that was, was terrible.

the staff were nice, very close to restaurants and metro, pretty close to the Eiffel Tower. good shower with hot water.

A very small elevator which broke down for 1 day but was quickly attended to be the staff. Limited breakfast menu. The room AC was not working correctly and often left the room too warm.

Well connected to metro stations close by and short rides to key tourist locations like Eiffel and Louvre. Front desk staff is helpful and the rooms were cleaned daily.

Not much too say. It was an overall nice experience.

The room was comfortable and you could walk towards the Eiffel Tower and a lot of touristic spots in just a few minutes. I liked the location. I got a room upgrade, but now I think this was unnecessary since we were only spending the night in the hotel and would stay outside all day long.

change sheets and towels only every 3 days was a little weird, elevator very small and slow but it's paris i think it's within the acceptable range of size.

helpful staff, rooms are very clean, comfortable bed, location is great: wash machines and ironing next door lots and cafe and restaurant around 20 min walk from effel tower and 4 min from metro station then you can go anywhere you want in just 1.80 euro, all the goodies is just a few metro stations away.

The wi-fi there was just awful. We stayed on the 7-th floor and it was impossible to use it. In 2-3 mins after connection it gets lost. I wrote to the hotel support, they said they restarted the router but it didn't help. Not crucial but still wi-fi nowadays is important.

The location was just super good. The Eifel Tower and its amazing surroundings are just 10 mins walk away. Amazing cafes with delicious croissants and coffee (for good prices) are also nearby. The view from the window was absolutely of Paris-style and even a top part of the tower was seen out of the window. The hotel personnel was well disposed and willing to help.

Nice view, centre of the city. We got upgraded to a new room with a view which we requested at the reception. Not much attention paid to the room detail so can't comment on that. Great and helpful staff.
