The restaurant was closed so had to find a restaurant. The area around the hotel needs tidying up not a good impression.

Access from the motorway was good and parking good. Staff very helpful. Room comfy. Breakfast was fine.

The transport company next to the hotel makes the hotel a place with a monotonous noise during the night so no open windows

Ideal location close to highway exit. Comfortable renovated rooms, very good shower, great pillows. Lots of parking places in front of the hotel. Excellent breakfast and nice staff

There is a transport company next to the hotel and there are generators to keep the reefer containers going and that creates a monotonous noise so no open windows at the back of the hotel but all rooms have airco and open windows invite musquitos

Perfect stop for an overnight stay en-route to the Alps. Hotel as shown, staff helpful, polite and attentive. Rooms reasonable size. Beds very comfortable, had good nights sleep. Breakfast was a good selection of continental options, with unlimited coffee.

We were told that the restaurant was not open at the weekend. This turned out to be a lie as a coach party were eating dinner when we came back from our own dinner in the town. The entrance carpets were also dirty and did not look like they had been cleaned for days.

Breakfast was good as usual. Room was fine and fit for purpose. Location is a short walk form the town centre.

Overall property is a little dated and well worn but for what we needed it was perfect and great value.

Very clean budget rooms with plenty of complimentary parking spaces and generous breakfast buffet. Staff were very nice. Short drive to Beaune Centre.

The bed was very comfortable and the plumeau was extra large, actually huge on the King size bed - very nice! Parking in Downtown Nimes was made easy.

The right place to sleep overnight on the drive through A6 motorway. Good value for money, clean and nice, good soundproof, nothing bad to say. Not to close to the motorway itself, no noise from the street. Kyriad is the only hotel chain in France providing decent buffet breakfast worth its money. Secure free parking next to the entrance.

We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so... The location is perfect (in the hotel zone) straight off the motorway and you're there, and you can stroll into town. The staff are so lovely and friendly. Once we got stuck in a traffic jam and the young lady stayed late in reception to check us in. I was very please to smell the whiff of paint in the air, obvious refurbishment going on (there needs to be a second coat on the bathroom door) new doors and some fittings in the room we stayed in . All good. Such good value - very reasonable prices. You can get a nice coffee from the machine for a small fee and not use the powdered rubbish in the room - nice touch.

Quite a lot of wear and tear on the property - bathroom floor was lifting and the room door required a firm shove to securely close the door.

We have stayed here many many times.. we should be getting points !, The staff are always friendly and helpful. They will let you buy a coffee from the machine and take it to your room - great because that instant stuff is awful. Once we got stuck in a huge traffic jam and the nice young lady stayed in reception till way late. The location is perfect - just off the motorway and close enough to stroll into town for a drink and a meal. Breakfast is fine - good selection and good quality Good value for money.

Not the hotel fault but the factory at the back of the hotel had some sort of loud engine going all night which was a real problem.

We would have liked a lift and more hanging space/coat hooks, but this is really a very minor issue for a one night stay.

The room was suitable for a family of 4 (adult kids). I would suggest that the bathroom was a tad small but functional. The room was very clean and the beds were so, so comfortable. As with all hotel rooms, not enough waste bins and coat/clothes hooks for the number of people in the room - a small issue easily fixed. The hotel was easy to find with options to eat nearby, although the hotel does have a restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Parking was plentiful and immediately outside the hotel. The staff could not do enough to help and the English spoken (lazy French speaker here) was perfect. Check in was easy and nothing was too much trouble. There is no lift and whilst there are only 2 levels, we have a member of our party who is a bit wobbly on their feet, so be mindful of this. An excellent stop off hotel. Would recommend.

Good breakfast. Stayed here twice before. Can walk into town centre in about 15 minutes. Good parking. Rooms not big but clean and have everything in them including tea/coffee making facilities.
