Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The air conditioning was also not particularly powerful, which may prove tricky in the summer months. All in all very minor compared to how great the hotel is. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean new hotel in a very vibrant area, next to a metro station if you prefer to take public transport, many good cafes and restaurants in the area . The staff are the most friendly & helpful team in my decades of experience visiting Paris every month. I used to stay in bigger more luxury hotels, but I’ve booked this hotel for my husband a few times and he said I have to try it, which I did. Now I think I will not book anywhere else anymore 😄

What a fantastic hotel! Beautiful lobby with a happening bar. The rooms are decorated exquisitely and very comfortable. Great bathroom, showers and Dyptique bath products. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Truly the best hotel experience I have ever had in Europe.

GermanyThird time I stayed in this hotel. And I will be back. I absolutely love it, everything is brand new, it smells nice everywhere, the shampoo, soap, etc. is from Diptyque, the service amazing. And we got an upgrade this time, it was really great staying on the top floor. The only thing I would change is the air conditioner, it seems like it’s always making a little bit of noise, and maybe clean the windows more often as the views from some of the rooms are really great. And I very much look forward to the sauna when it opens in June! But those are super minor things, all in all 10/10.

ChinaIt’s a bit pricy, which is understandable as it’s in the center of Paris.
The location is convenient but quiet. There are restaurants and cafés around the corner, and the hotel is 3 mins walk away from Saint-Placide metro station. The musical activities in the hotel lobby are fascinating. The room is not very large but well decorated. They prepare welcome snacks bought from Le Bon Marché for us on the first day of stay. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

CanadaIt is a brand new boutique hotel. I stayed there the first week it opened back in October 2023. I was back here in March 2024 and it still looks brand new. It is impeccably clean. Staff is kind and service is diligent. Above all, it is perfectly located as you are within easy walking distance of three subway stations (Saint Placide, Rennes and Vaneau) on three different subway lines: 4, 12 and 10.

This is a lovely hotel on the left bank on a quiet street. It is very well located for the metro and the buses if you don’t want to walk. The hotel is well run and very comfortable in general. The bed was firm and delightful to sleep on. Our room (714) had a view of the Eiffel Tower which was a treat. Very good supply of coffee and snacks in the mini bar was a plus.

Great location in a vibrant Saint Germain area,close to all the tourist attractions.Hotel looks recently refurbished, Staff very pleasant,room comfortable(got free room upgrade)as we were staying 7 days.
