The room size is something to contend with in Paris, especially in winter with the coats, scarfs etc.

The staff is a real gem, almost never encountered this degree of friendliness and professionalism. Would point out Svitlana (breakfast) , Joao and Svetlana (reception).

The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Leonard from the front desk. The dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Location was excellent for visiting central tourist sites and many shops and cafe's around the hotel.

Very lovely staff, rooms generous size, and beautiful design. Breakfast was quite good, too. Unfortunately the spa was still not open, nor was the speakeasy bar but hopefully they finish them both quickly because that is an important aspect for a hotel in Paris since not many include it.

A wonderful new hotel, in a great location in Paris, a few meters from St. Placide metro station. We were greeted with warmth and kindness that is not always typical of the staff in the Parisian hotels. This unique hotel is decorated in the style of the 1920s and 1930s, with fine taste and in a way that creates a warm, elegant and homely atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable & pleasant, with an intimate and inviting ambiance. Thanks for a great stay.

The gym could be a bit more equipped and although breakfast was good, the speed of replacement of items was a bit slow. They seemed a bit understaffed, but I believe this is easy to solve. As a suggestion, they could include some gluten-free options at the breakfast.

Room, location and staff were the highlights. We even got an upgrade upon arrival =)

The sauna wasn't yet available but I can't list this as a disapointment as I wasn't looking forward to use it beforehand. The bathtub shower head was too low and the screen did not cover enough area to prevent water splashing on the floor.

The breakfast was diverse and the ingredients were tasty. The staff was very attentive and the music was great. A very pleasant moment and a great way to start the day! All staff members were always very eager to help and assist with our reataurant booking requests and other useful information. La Grande Epicerie de Paris & Le Bon Marché are a stone's throw away. Easy access to subway stations.

The room was a bit small, but that's OK! The lounge and sauna were not open yet but I am sure they will be wonderful once they are open.

The hotel is wonderful! The staff were incredibly accommodating and were always willing to help. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities in the room were fantastic.
