I liked the position of the hotel, everything was in walking distance. The room was big enough for 2 people.

The receptionist asked for a deposit and said the next day it would be released. The next day I was told it was a charge, not a deposit. I ended up paying more as the card was not in euro.

The shower is a bathtub with a half-glass door, causing a lot of water to spill out on the floor. To make maters worse, one chambermaid was rude to tell us how to take a shower.

Location near the train station was good. There were many restaurants around the hotel.

The entrance and breakfast location of the hotel is very nice and clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly and the location is great!

For context, we stayed there on one of the hotter days of summer (over 30 degrees c every day). For this weather, the air con wasn't very effective and was also very noisy if the fan was turned on the highest level. I think it would be fine on cooler days / in winter. Another thing, just a minor issue this time, is that the water proofing on the bath / shower isn't very good so the shower leaks - if you put a towel down then it won't go into the bedroom.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were well kept and clean. It was one of the cheaper hotels in Lyon so was very happy with the quality for its price range.

Exactly what we needed for our stay in Lyon. Centrally located, with perfectly adequate rooms both in size and design.

The room is rather small, but that was ok. What I did not like was the lack of a proper door on the shower - bathroom always completely wet after a shower.

The location is great, just few meters from the train station that also has a metro station within - and where one can park easily for a good price. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

It didn't bother me much, but there was lots of street noise at night. It means it's a lively area.

the staff is so kind and helpful. they helped me find the a good bouchon to eat at and made a reservation for me. breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and plenty of space.

Good location beside restaurants and bars, room was very clean and spacious with air conditioning. Also very understanding when our flight was cancelled and waived the fee for the first night's stay as this was out of our control with recent airport issues, and even let us leave our cases there the next day while we got to see Lyon (given that we weren't able to before this).

Very enjoyable stay! Room very comfortable, clean and quiet and nice view of the square/park outside. Lots of hustle and bustle to watch but quiet with the window shut. Not too far to walk to the centre of town and the old town (and right next to the bus station/tram/train stop) so a good base for exploring Lyon. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend for a city break.
