A cockroach was waiving us goodbye on his way out of the room when we arrived, had to hide this fact from our son. Kitchen was useless, dirty at arrival, almost no amenities, no ventilation. Very small bathrooms.

Parking near the hotel. Fairly easy to find. Easy check in, check out is leaving the keys at the reception. Enough space for 5 people, easy access for my son on a wheelchair. Good wifi, good water pressure in the shower. Kitchen available.

Sometimes we have found the room was not properly cleaned. Me and my wife are allergic, and with carpet on the floor is crucial to pass vacuum every day. This was not happening often unfortunately. We asked to take care of it (we should not ask for it)

Quite good welcoming receptionist. We need to wait a bit to check in because the room wasn't ready yet and he offered us a good coffee. The hotel is in a very quiet position and it's cheap being not too far from Nice/Cagnes SM/Saint Lauren du Var. Rooms have also a little kitchen. This is great!

Just beware if you want to visit Nice that it is a long bus journey down the winding roads of the mountain.

We thought it was closer to the Nice, but it's far away. The buses stopped by 7 pm, and we couldn't enjoy the nightlife once the Uber refused a few times to go to the hotel. The hotel area is full of mosquitos, and they disturb us a lot, we had itching and pimples on our skin all the time. Our room had a kitnet but doesn't have a proper ventilation to take out the food smell. The bathroom had a curtain in the shower, which is not enough to hold the water. However, we had all the bathroom flooded all the shower time.

We liked the mountains' view, to have supermarkets and grocery close to the hotel. The staff was nice and they cleaned our room almost every day.

Very isolated, you need a car to go anywhere else. The cutlery at the breakfast was dirty. The parking spaces were very limited.

The kitchenet was equipped with an old-fashioned stove and there were not many dishes. Also there was small table and one in the balcony, both without lights.

The old-style air conditioning in the rooms did not work well.

The colleague who made the check-in was a very kind person. The family room was okay with 3 children. It was clean. The view to the hills was amazing and the night was cool after a very hot summer day. The breakfast was also fine with fresh croissants and normal coffee.

The fricking elevator is EXTREMELY NOISY!!!! And I can't stress EXTREMELY enough! Make sure your room isn't located anywhere near the elevator otherwise you'll have the impression a starship is taking off and landing next to you all the time. I barely managed to sleep because of that f-ing "ascenseur"!

The hotel was good, it's located somewhere high on the hills, yes it is a little bit outdated as everyone else is saying but not that bad, at least not for me. Staff was friendly, both room & bathroom were spacious with a nice balcony. Breakfast was good, tipical French style.

There were a few dark hair on the bathroom floor when we entered. Also when we entered the reception around 11 PM everything was dark inside. At the reception there was an information that it works until 10PM while on booking it was marked as 24/7! I was really upset, tried to call (phone was off) and I even started to look for another place to stay when accidentally a staff person was passing by and saw us (it was just a coincidence). Then it turned out that there was another information on the other side of the reception that if nobody's there we need to ring. PLEASE MAKE THIS INFORMATION MORE VISIBLE FOR THE FUTURE! I really didn't see it. You did not message me earlier that this may happen. We almost left! Fortunately, the final stay was good.

toilet lock broken, tv did not work, no coffee making facilities. Car park was dirty and noisy. Hotel was dated and carpets threadbare. But the price was low, so I suppose this was ok.
