The lobby needs serious refurbishing and the carpet in the corridors smells.

Stuff was amazing really great people trying to do their best for you. Location is also so good. Bathroom is renovated and the room is a good size and comfortable. Bed linen was very clean.

Although the bathroom is quite elegantly done (and evidently recently updated), the shower is inevitably small due to space constraints. Let's just say that a person in excess of 200 lbs might have difficulty in the shower. (Of course, some rooms may have larger showers.)

What we liked most was the location, which we had chosen for a specific reason. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is surprisingly plentiful, with more choices than one usually has at 3-star hotels in Paris.

Room is clean but very small without much space to move around. The space between the side of bed and the wardrobe is so narrow that it's difficult to fully open the wardrobe door (to 90 degrees) if you're sitting on the bed with your legs near the door. We booked a triple room but the actual room was way smaller than the picture shown on website.

Very good location, just a few minutes to the metro station. But if you come through the Avenue Victor Hugo, you would have to walk up a long staircase with your luggage to arrive at the entrance. Suggest walking gently up Rue Lauriston if you have heavy luggage with you. Staff are nice.

Some bits of the room were a little run down. Carpets look quite old (especially in corridors and stairwells) Mini fridge didn’t get cold, radiator in bathroom held together with tape. Lots of early morning banging and crashing (630-700 everyday). We assume this is due to the renovations happening on the first floor. Tea and coffee tray quite poor (only two cups and teabags for a three person room) and wasn’t replenished during stay.

Fantastic location a few mins walk from the Arc de triumph and metro stations. Spotlessly clean room. Very comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Nice continental breakfast. Nice bathroom. Very handy supermarket downstairs.

We were three people and the room was not very spacious but enough. The bathroom could use a curtain or a glass window since the water from the shower was getting all over the bathroom.

Hotel is very close to Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. Metro station in walking distance. The room was clean and the staff very polite. A small fridge which was very needed as we used it a lot

We were staying in the room 9 (ground floor), and there was a constant buzz - not sure if it was coming from the hotel’s utility room or from the supermarket that is downstairs. Might be reasonable to ask for a room upstairs if you’re a light sleeper

Walkable distance from all the main city attractions + a Monop’ supermarket just next door to the hotel. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious enough. Nice breakfast with various options. The staff is exceptionally friendly!

The small number of steps when entering the property (as you have to carry your luggage up or down).

Very nice room, beautiful, cozy. Almost complete amenities, even with coffee, tea, teapot inside the room. No bathroom problems. Nice and friendly staff. With a lift. In front of a street. Near the Arc and Champs.

Never book a taxi via the hotel, their taxi providers overcharge guests (from the hotel to the Opera building I paid EUR 22!!! The staff at the reception advised me foe max EUR 12)

Bathroom was extremely small, it was hard to fit in the shower. Shower also leaked through the seal. Pillows were also very small and lumpy/uncomfortable. Toilet was very close to the wall and very cramped, difficult to reach behind yourself to access the toilet paper roll too. Poor ventilation in the bathroom.

Location was excellent! Room was good size, though bathroom was tiny. Delightful and very welcoming staff, had great experiences with them. Really good food near by, and walking distance to lots of big Paris tourist attractions. Comfortable bed.

The room was very tight/i kept bumping into things in the bathroom.
