There were three other hotels du Pre in the area, one of which was in the same street which was very confusing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was very convenient.

The hotel is big enough, confortable, clean and safe. It is close to the metro and was in a fantastic position. The staff is great, thank you Mr. Sala for being so kind. There’s plenty of restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. Definitely will come back and recommend it!

This is a classic Parisian small hotel, carefully decorated and with some lovely touches (e.g. Villeroy & Boch china service in the breakfast room). Breakfast served with proper small coffee pots to the table by lovely staff. The way things used to be 30-40 years ago. Good quality teas etc in the room. Very few hotels of this kind left so go while it is still there! Large well presented lounge/sitting area near reception and generous luggage storage. Room was very comfortable with good bedding and fully opening large windows to quiet street.

The distance from the main station (Gare du Nord) is about 15min walking distance, actually its fine but not when your lugging your heavy luggage along. The rooms had all the bare necessities but the soundproofing was bad. I could hear everything the couple next door were saying and ...ahem doing. Which was not really what I wanted.

I liked that the hotel had nice heating system. Room was clean and neat, bed was comfy but pillows a bit too soft. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Easy to find food and its in a good peaceful neighbourhood which felt safe for me to walk around. As a solo female traveller, it felt safe to stay here.

The douche should have curtain to keep water inside the bath.

It is located close to Gare du Nord, within 10 minutes of walk. The breakfast was very good. The room was spacious.

One needs to ring when coming home late. Probably wait some time until someone opens. The cupboard being metal is a nice idea for small rooms. But it’s very loud to handle.

The location was fine. Lobby is also great, you can just spend some there, it has a very nice atmosphere in english style. The rooms are fine, they go well with city style. Beds are quite comfortable, however, in some rooms double bed consists of two smaller ones placed next two eacb other. Hotel staff was mostly friendly, there as only one administrator which seemed severe. Didn't try breakfast

I have heard very high-frequency permanent noise in the evening that was produced by one of the hotel devices, probably, outside the room. It did not allow to start sleeping immediately at night.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was nice. The hotel's location is within 12 minutes walk from the Gare du Nord.

There was no curtain or door for the shower- just 2 small screens so it was hard to keep water from wetting the rest of the bathroom
