We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceLimited choice on the menu. The bath room did not have a plug. I got the impression that this is an old campanille Hotel that has been changed to a Kyriad.
Staff were lovely, very helpful both at the time of booking in and in the restaurant. The room was adequate, reasonable size with an excellent shower. The restaurant was part of the hotel, the food was good. Excellent access to the motorway.

FranceWhen we found the road where the hotel was, there was a sign for the Campanile hotel & the Premier Classe hotel, but no sign for the Kiriad hotel! This sign was at the entrance to the road, so we had to drive round looking for the Kiriad hotel, eventually we discovered it hidden behind the Premmier Classe which was a bigger hotel. Please change the sign at the end of the road! Saturday & Sunday evening there was NO restaurant service, & no restos within walking distance, so we had to drive round looking for somewhere to eat. There was a Poivre Rouge &a McDonald's in this big commercial zone, the P R was closed on the Sunday evening due to no staff , so we had to endure eating at a burgher bar, not exactly 5 star eating !
The breakfast was typical for a motel chain, but no fresh fruit was available. The advert stated that there was a tea/coffee machine in the room, so we took our own kettle to make out morning tea, but when we got there , we found out that in fact it was a kettle( boulloire) , I wish the description was more accurate as we did not need to bring our own.

FranceThe window shutters couldn't be opened, the remote apparently broken. The inside door couldn't really close. The shower handle and the surrounding walls weren't clean. The kettle wasn't clean either. The place is pretty run down. For a night stay is ok, but not more than that.

PortugalHorrible from the minute i walked him into reception till the time i left, after changing rooms 4 times.:1st the bed not done and toilet completely dirty, 2nd a horrible smell of cigarettes, that after 10 mins I had a huge headache then the receptionist than until now was super Sec and I can even say arrogant, gave me a 3rd room and that also was not ready.... after all that finally the receptionist started to be slightly more sympa and gave me a 4th room, where I nearly killed myself cos I felt on the floor when I sat down on the chair that had one of the legs broken.....as I was super tired of going backwards and forwards, they send me someone to change the chair for me cos I needed it cos I had PC work to do.....and already lost over 1 hrs on it due to their lack of organisation......after all that, I was given a dinner for free....what I thought was the least they could do. After just around midi night someone came knock on my door, twice what did woke me up and I couldn't get back to sleep just before 1 hours before I got up at 6!!! I skip breakfast cos I was even scared that something else would happen...... I havent changed hotel all together because I really was very tired but I will Never will be back to this hotel...not even for Free!!!

United KingdomThe hotel was more an american style motel. By that I mean that the rooms opened directly onto the car park. Not what I was expecting as I've always found those types of rooms cold in the winter as was the case with this one. Even though I turned the heating up full it didn't seem to make any difference.
The staff were very helpful. They found people that could speak english to help me at dinner. The location and price served my purpose.
