Having to go out of my room for toilet and shower. No kettle or coffee maker. Very difficult to find the place.

Nice and simple, clean, quiet location, friendly staff,excellent Chinese buffet over the road. 2nd visit for us in a week. Lovely shower.

A bit far out of town

Can't fault it for the price! We were looking for cheap and clean which is what we found. Basic but very happy and would stay here again for travel that's a necessity. Not necessarily somewhere I would pick for a holiday as there are no toilets/showers in the room.

Compact but everything we needed, including air con as it was hot weather. Clean.

The double room with bathroom was extremely compact. Fine as we were only staying one night. The room was extremely hot!- ( it was summer!) wasn’t able to ask about fan as arrived late. ( Our fault not theirs!)

Very clean and easy to find room, well sign posted! Comfortable beds, clean fresh bedding and helpful to have small hand towels. Staff spoke great English and were friendly and helpful. We left early so didn’t stop for breakfast- it looked nice though!

Nowhere to wash hands after using shared WC, have to open door to corridor and then touch keypad and open bedroom door before getting to a sink. Very unhygenic, had to re-wash hands every time we touched the door handles. We could smell cigarette smoke from the corridor and saw people smoking in rooms (leaning out the window). Luckily our rooms didn't smell.

Triple rooms, free parking, easy to find location by car, low cost, good value breakfast, comfortable beds, very clean rooms, friendly receptionist.

Location is a bit out of the way. But ok if you are on cycle or car.

Showers and toilets exceptionally clean , very modern Bed was firm to hard, but just as I like it. Staff were helpful in allocating me a downstairs room, as I had a bicycle. Breakfast looked good, but I had to leave for ferry. If you can, have the Breakfast.

noisy residents shouting till early hours, not your fault but non the less annoying. and selfish. maybe a notice reminding residents that there are other people using the place in the rooms that are not that soundproof.

convenient reasonable place near st malo as i was travelling back from kayaking trip, clean comfortable bed, but i had been sleeping on a thin mat for the entire week before. Good open air car-parking reasonably secure, which is very important with kayak on car roof. and many places now have underground limited height restrictions or limited parking spaces or public carparks. I checked in after closing time so did not meet any staff, but the automated check in was strait forward and practical. i did not have time to go to breakfast as over slept but the breakfast area looked inviting. with engaging staff member at breakfast counter, offered breakfast but i had to decline as i had to be elsewhere. toilets clean. easy to find but did have sat nav
