You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe bathroom was really tiny (and the sink so small it was hard to use). The floor of the room was not completely clean upon arrival. The sheets had a small stain (but it looked like they were clean and this was just something that doesn't come off). The overall environment of the hotel is not the best, and you can tell it's a very cheap hotel: you get what you pay for really.
This hotel is very close to the Sarcelles Centre Aquatique Intercommunal Christiane et Guy Canzano where I had a competition that weekend. As a result, the location was great for me and it has an okay restaurant 100m away from it (grilled meat, food buffet, etc.). The room was small but pretty comfortable with a TV on the wall across from the bed.

GermanyNo taxi service provided by hotel. Hotel will not even call a taxi because apparently taxi services in Sarcelles are too unreliable and expensive??!! Guests are instructed to walk to the train station which involves passing through some very unsavoury areas of Sarcelles. Not one iron available to use on premises so no way to press a shirt. No air conditioning in Summer, nor is there any fan provided to compensate for this.
Standard room. Acceptable for one night's stay and no more!

Russia-The location is not easily accessible by public transport. The lanterns do not work on the way to the hotel (about 1 km). I guess, if you have a car, it is not a problem. - Rooms need reconstruction and new clean linen. The tap leaked. - Summer in Paris is quite hot: 30-40 degrees. The room was without airconditioning. - The breakfast was poor. No meat, no fruits. But if you like croissants for breakfast, you will be satisfied.
-The single room is for a reasonable price, compared to other options in Paris.

GermanyOn most room's door code doesn't work, and you can get keys. Than receptionist must unlock the door in 1h in the night. Toalet is very bad and outside of hostel look's neglected (especially the entrance).
