I had specifically asked for a room with a bathtub on my booking. The receptionist at the time was unsympathetic to that fact and wouldn’t change our room.

Rooms are a bit small and stuffy, but that's to be expected in a major city. Breakfast doesn't have grab-and-go coffee or tea, so if you're in a hurry you'll have to make due with using the instant stuff in the room.

Great location, easy metro access, friendly staff, clean rooms, tasty breakfast. A great place to stay for a sightseeing trip in Paris.

There is nothing in particular I disliked. If I had to nitpick, I would say that the room was on the smaller side (but manageable) and I don't think there was an iron in the room (unless I missed it).

The location is the best thing about this hotel. It was walking distance from the Eiffel Tower (and the ínstagram-able photo locations like Rue d Universite and Cafe Le Recrutment lol). The hotel was very clean and there was onsite parking available at a cost of 20 euros per night. The breakfast was good- croissants, cheeses, eggs, sausages, cakes. The room was clean, equipped with 2 USB outlets which came in handy for me as I did not need my plug adapter to charge my phones. Finally, the check in process was very easy as everything was done online before my arrival. I spent approximately 5 mins at the counter before getting my room keys.

Not the hotels fault, but kept awake by a man talking very loudly around 1am in garden area.

Perfect location, was quiet, but near shops, restaurants bus & metro stop etc. felt very safe, all staff friendly, I tried a little French but the check in person spoke such good English :) great view from balcony. Was clean and liked the toiletries in the bathroom.

The room is small, the same bathroom. Paying £200 per night (inc. breakfast) is just not what i was expecting. I guess the view affects the price. Parking was a bit tight, €24 per night. You could also hear neighbours quite well.

The view was nice, bed comfortable, clean and fresh bedding and towels. Good and fresh breakfast. Friendly staff.

Areas to improve Our extraction in the bathroom was not working and never fixed despite that we reported it. The room has a central heating, which could be noisy at night with some crackling sounds coming from the pipework. The TV is outdated and not very user-friendly to operate The mini bar is priced high No coffee facilities in the room Staff at the reception were polite but did not appear very friendly and talkative. Attention We found an old survey from a guest who stayed prior to us. Clearly, the room was not inspected by a senior staff member, and this was missed. All details of the guest were visible, which was a breech of GDPR. We handed the survey back to the reception, but this raised alarm bells. Overall pleasant stay but with lots areas.to improve which are easily fixable with basic training.

We visited this hotel as a couple over a long weekend in mid-March. We stayed 3 nights. We booked via Boooking.com, and the reservation process, as well as the communication, were smooth and pleasant. The location of the place is great as so close and in walking distance of many local attractions, Eiffel Tower, the Arch of Triumph, the Louvre Museum, River Crouses, the Military Museum, Champ Elysees etc. The room is clean and newly refurbished and offers basic facilities as you would expect from a 3-star place. The bed was comfortable, bedding was of good quality, and the lights design was good and convenient to operate. The bathroom was also of a good size and modern with a sufficient amount of towels. The room was cleaned regularly throughout the stay. We had breakfast included in our room. The restaurant is small but comfortable with a good-sized buffet and a nice view to a private garden and with a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower. The buffet has all the basics for a continental breakfast, with some hot items justifying the 15€ supplement. Staff is attentive, and most do speak English and are friendly.

. Fabulous room ,318 with a balcony and view of the Eiffel Tower . Not huge but had two singles and a sofa bed . Would be cosy for 3 people

The room was excessively small. The garage did not provide enough space for easy car maneuvering and was not worth the price of 25€. The TV remote was malfunctioning, and there were no disposable bathroom slippers, which are commonly provided by most hotels.

The location was pretty good, it was near the Eiffel Tower with only 15 minutes of walk. The staff was very friendly and kind.

Online it says with view on the tower. I even dubble checked it on there own site. But the view we got was of the garden and not the tower.

The hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast is good and planty of choice. The location makes it possible to wal everywhere around.
