Did run out of stuff one or two breakfasts but they nipped down to the shop to replenish.

Buffet breakfast was OK with reasonable choice. Fresh towels every morning was a bonus. Reception staff very helpful and even rebooked our taxi back to the station when the booked one failed to show.

I really didn't understand the parking situation before my arrival. I drove to the hotel to check in. If I had received clear directions to park first, then walk with bags it would have been easier, because driving to parking from the hotel took much longer and was more complicated than I would have liked. A general map with walking directions from underground Palace parking would have been very useful, and it was an easy walk even with bags.

Nearly everything was great. The location was excellent in multiple ways. For example it was easy to get to Palace Parking when returning during rush hour from a day's exploration in nearby towns because traffic slowdowns didn't start until we crossed the bridge only a few blocks away. Many good restaurants were within a ten minute walk. Parking itself was easy (though expensive.) Breakfast was good. The room was fine. Staff was pleasant and professional.

The only downside was the breakfast area is tight when busy but thats all!

Central location with a fabulous view down the main street. The rooms were comfortable and beds and the staff were accomodating. The breakfast was also more than you would need.

Bed was only a double so a bit small for tall people and had a slight dip in the middle.Tub is high so a bit tricky to get in and out for a shower.

Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff very helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our bags securely before and after our stay. Fresh towels on the second day which we weren't expecting.

Could only get access with smart phone and did not use keys or fobs. I am on holiday and I wanted to leave everything behind for a few days so I did not have one. I was totally reliant on my partner for access to the hotel, most annoying and made things very difficult

The whole smart phone Qr code method for building and room entry. Very inconvenient; always searching for the email or screenshot.

Right in the center close to everything. Great corner room with two balconies gave me great views and a nice breeze. Windows must be triple paned because when closed, you couldn’t hear anything from the street below.

The storage room for luggage( our train arrived before check in time) was the utility room and not secure at all.

Room was very small; however that didn’t matter too much as we were out a lot of the time. There was a place to hang clothes but that was the only place to store our 2nd suitcase. Air con extremely noisy.

Location couldn’t be better. Bathroom was fine. Very glad there was a lift. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfasts very good with plenty of choice.

It felt sort of shabby. It wasn’t that it was an old building; there are many old buildings that are run down but beautiful restored. But the choice of color (paint in each floor), the types of doors, the way the downstairs was… It didn’t feel like a classy place. I also didn’t like that the place we could leave our bags was not a separate room that could be locked. Anyone could have gone and grabbed the bags

Extremely small bathroom. Breakfast was a bit limited in terms of options, and the fruits look quite old / too ripe, considering the price.

The room was quite spacious, much bigger than it looks from the outside. Bed was comfy. Great location, within walking distance of a central square with lots of shops and eateries nearby. The staff were accommodating and friendly.

The sound insulation between rooms might need some improvements.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, clean sheets, nice view, excellent location in the city centre and close to Palais des Papes. The hotel building is an architectural Art Nouveau gem.
