TV offerings below for room price charged. Is all in French and interesting channels blocked. Really not even worth to switch on the TV which is lame.

Good location, easy check-in, friendly staff, room had all one could need for a couple of nights and was clean. Had a (small) bath which is always nice.

Reception staff, restaurant & bar. We ate there the 1st night & mine was still frozen in thd middle. They never gave us the out of hours code for the gate, resulting in us being locked out. Had to leave the room key with a note wen we left at 6am as not staff would come.

I asked for a crib, and they brought it disassembled, and we have to assemble it. Also, they didn't bring any sheets we had to call to get ones.

- No AC just a ventilator (we had luck that rained in the night and we could sleep, until then the room is exactly like in sauna, imposible for kids) - No Fridge - Parking inside is not free, is 5€/night but we parked for free in front of the hotel

- Goid Location (near the mall etc) - The breakfast very good

We paid for 1 room with two beds 1 double bed and 1 single bed, we did not receive the single bed we paid for. This led to my son having to sleep on the cold floor for two nights with no replacement room from the hotel. Also when we tried to complain to the staff they could not speak any English and did not give any refund or replacement room for us. Also the room was unclean and dirty, there was lots of dust on the floor which made my asthma and allergies worse for me and my son. Also the shower was not working properly, it was cold and there was little water coming out of it to have a shower. STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND!

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. I was under the impression that it was good, but this time, the experience was terrible. I booked the room with 2 single beds and completed the payment. However, when I checked in, I was told there was no such room, and all the rooms had one large bed. I can't understand. If you really didn't have any or all rooms are full, you should let me know in advance because I HAVE PAID ALREADLY. After arguing my case, I was given a special bed consisting of two beds. I was told that I could separate the beds and that I would be sent extra sheets and a comforter shortly. But the staff lied to me! The bed cannot be separated (the mattresses can't be separated). I stayed for three nights and was not given extra sheets and comforters from start to finish. I am angry about this. By the way, my towels were not changed from start to finish. Due to the fault of the hotel I lost the room with 2 beds that I had paid for and I had to use the same comforter as someone else. You have to know, it's not always couples or lovers who book a room, I have not received any compensation or apology for this.

The carpet didn't look so clean.. I couldn't let my baby sit down even for a second. Varie was so helpfull...super nice even with my language barrier she managed to understand me by using Google translator... 😀 nice lady keep it up. Not so good for children...am sorry but yeah

Showers were nice and warm and fittings new. Breakfast was ok.

The room was not as shown in the property pictures. Staff don't speak much English and one of them became very angry and was not very unhelpful. Room is basic, socket plugs were hanging loose from wall, beds were uncomfortable, not enough towels, no bath mat in bathroom.

My experience with this hotel is bad. The rooms are very dirty. The windows are broken and do not open. The receptionist at the hotel is very rude, asks many questions, , and does not respect the customer. I advise not to stay in this hotel. Very bad
